If you have read my other book, Resilience (unfinished as of yet), you'll know some of what has happened with my mental health before this. Thank you if you have read it, it means a lot to me.

Resilience was the story of my first admission and four months after discharge, I found myself admitted again so Relapse & Repair is the story of my second admission.

As with Resilience, I'm not expecting masses of people to read this or for it to be 'exciting', this is just something I feel I need to write down and share some events for me to let go of them. Maybe some of you will be able to empathise with some of the emotions in Relapse & Repair.

People's name will not be mentioned unless I have permission to do so and other patients and staff will be referred to with their initial for confidentiality.

I have put a trigger warning on this publication as a whole but if I think a particular entry is more graphic or likely to be more upsetting, I'll put an extra warning at the start of the chapter.

I'll start at the beginning of October, nearly two months before my second admission...
