We all eventually went back down to the living room so Niall and Liam didn't get too suspicious.. then Zayn and I had to leave for work not long after.
"El, and I need to go to the library for the poetry project.. Could we get a ride?" Rain asked
"Sure, I'll take you guys" I shrugged, "Lou, do you need a ride someplace?"
"Uh, my house is the complete opposite way of the library.. I'll walk"
"I'll take you" Zayn shrugged
I smiled and bro hugged Niall
"Cool if I drive them, right?" I asked
"Course, Harold. Just don't go too fast, I want her safe" he shrugged
I nodded and moved over to Liam
"Still working on that hangover?" I asked
"Nah, headaches gone.. Stomach, though.. That'll hurt for weeks with how much I drank"

Rain sat in the passenger seat while El sat in the back. I reached over and set my hand on Rain's thigh and she set her hand on top of mine and traced the veins under my skin.
I smiled as we drove until I parked outside the library
"I'd stay, but I do have work" I told her
She nodded and leaned over to kiss me. I let our lips sit together for just a few seconds before pulling away
"Gimme your number, I still don't have it" I mumbled
She grabbed my phone and put her number in then hopped out and blew me a kiss as she and El went into the front doors..
