If I Could Tell Her

Prompt~ Eddie has a crush on y/n but he doesn't know how to tell her so he tells her that she has a secret admirer and she wants to know what they're saying about her.

Eddie Munson your childhood friend since sixth grade has had a crush on you since ninth grade he didn't know how to tell you so during your senior year together he decided to tell you that he knew that you had a secret admirer. You and Eddie were at your spot which was in the woods by school. You arrived a couple of minutes before Eddie showed up you were nervous because you've heard nothing but good things about this admirer.  You say Eddie coming to your spot you smiled at the sight of him as he sat down at the table "You ready to hear more about your admirer has to say y/n?", 

I smiled and nodded

Eddie~He thought you were awesome 

Y/n ~ He thought I was awesome? my admirer?

Eddie~Definitely 

Y/n~How?

You smiled at the fact you never really thought that you would be the person to have a secret admirer, let alone a crush. But a part of you wishes that person was Eddie.

Eddie~ Well, He said there's nothing like your smile, sort of subtle and perfect and real. He said you never knew how wonderful that smile could make someone feel.

He grabs your hands giving you butterflies

Eddie~ And he knew whenever you get bored you scribble stars on the cuffs of your jeans, and he noticed that you still fill out those quizzes that they put in those teen magazines.

You thought to yourself who was in your classes that knew you did that and how did they know about the magazines? Wait is the admirer, Eddie? 

Eddie~   But he kept it all inside his head, what he saw he left unsaid, and though he wanted to he couldn't talk to you, he couldn't find the way, but he would always say.  If I could tell her, tell her everything I see, if I could tell her how she's everything to me. But we're a million worlds apart and I don't know how I would start if I could tell her.

Y/N~ Did he say anything else?

Eddie~ A-about you?

Y/n~ Never mind, I don't really care anyways-

Eddie~ No, no, no- just no, no - he said so many amazing things, I'm just  - I'm just trying to remember the best ones, so um- he thought it looked pretty cool when you put indigo streaks in your hair.

Y/N~ He did?

Eddie~  And he wondered how you learned to dance like all the world isn't there. But he kept it all inside his head what he left unsaid if I could tell her everything I see if I could tell her how she's everything to me.

Both Y/N and Eddie~ But were a million worlds apart

Eddie thought to himself "shit did y/n figure out that I'm her secret admirer

It was at that moment that y/n did figure out who her secret admirer was <3

Eddie~ And I don't know how I would even start if I could tell her but what do you when there's this great divide 

Y/N~ He just seemed so far away

Eddie~ And what do you do when the distance is too wide?

Y/N~  It's like I don't know anything 

Eddie~ And how do you say I love you? I love you, I love you. But we're a million worlds apart and I don't even know how to start if I could tell her if I could.

Before Eddie knew it y/n placed her lips on his as he kissed her back smiling as they kissed because he finally got the girl of his dreams.
