leland sighed as he walked in the room where sheyaa sat there with all black on, cigar smoke lightly going up in the air.
leland held his breath in as he knew the talk was right there and then. it was talk that was long overdue for year, they never got to it since the media is everywhere.
"waiting for me in the dark like you gucci mane in 2006?"
"that didn't make any sense-" sheyaa laughed, leland taking his sweater off before sitting down.
leland smirked, he always had sheyaa laughing about something. it's past shit now.
"hate for us having this," he switched the subject.
"it's okay, i'll find closure somewhere in life." leland made his lips thin, nodding his head off.
"don't say that," he sadly said.
"no it's fine, we win some and lose some." leland quickly explained.
it was quiet as they both looked at the divorce papers served to each other. sheyaa bit his lips as they both were scared to want outs first.
"leland before we start, i just wanted to say i'm sorry for the cheating-"
"once again, it's okay—our love just went away. i'll be fine." leland voice cracked, smiling at him as he picked up the pen, signing off the fantasy he thought he had fully and secured forever. the fantasy he wanted as a kid is now gone.
sheyaa felt some type of sadness when he also picked up the pen, signing the divorce papers.
