"josh?" he opened the door to the outside, stepping on the old leaves. the light cold wind blew past him and through which made him lowkey shiver in his sweater.
"joshua?" he stepped closer to the tree, looking around to the muscular man who was drawing in his ipad.
the taller looks up before taking an airpod out, seeing the chubby boy with a smile on his face when making eye contact.
"hey," josh spoke, "why you out here?"
"i wanted to hang out with you, if your comfortable with it."
josh raised his eyebrow, trying to find a key detail of honesty. he never had someone wanted to talk to him.
"yeah sure—i mean, you wanna sit at the table?"
"yeah, that's fine." fanum nodded, waiting for josh to pack his stuff up before heading as a duo to sit at the single table outside.
"it's a little cold out here," fanum shivered himself again, fixing his beanie on his head.
"here," josh zipped off his jacket.
"you don't need to do that," fanum smiled.
"don't worry, i'm cool." josh spoke, throwing the coat against his back.
"well thank you," he said, "what you doing out here?"
"it's a little too loud in there. i need some fresh air and a peace of mind." josh said, "i should ask you the same...don't you have friends to talk to?"
