We're here ~ chapter 3

Tears gently brimmed my eyes as l looked up to see creatures of all kinds swimming, flying, and walking into the school.

"I really can't believe it." Jay looked up in astonishment. I rarely see her like that.

I lightly chuckle wiping my tears before they could fall. "Well.......let's go."

I fly up and use my shell necklace to transform and dive onto the water from the air. I swam to the door with flips and dives.

Jay just rolled her eyes and trotted on the steps to the door.

"Let's go let go let's go!" I beamed in excitement.

We walk in and see a brown and orange pony greeting everyone. When we walk up to him he gives us a warm smile. "Hello, what can I do you for?"

I jump in front of Jay who was about to speak, "we are looking for a job!" I yell showing him the pamphlet flipped to the 'help wanted' page.

"Oh! I see! Please make your way to the counselor office." He pointed his hoof and told us the way.

We followed his directions and made it to a large purple door that had 'counseling' written at the top.

We knocked on it, making a feminine voice call out "come in!"

We were met with a purple unicorn with purple and blue hair. Her name tag said 'Starlight Glimmer'

She gestured for us to take a seat, "what can I help you guys with?"

Jay quickly spoke before I could, taking a seat. "Hello Miss Glimmer. We are hear for a job."

"Amazing! We are in desperate need of some of them being filled. What are your guys' qualifications?"

"We both worked at a daycare for small griffs back home. We enjoy working with children and hope to become teachers one day!" I smiled brightly.

"Sounds good," she slid a paper and pens to each of us. "Please fill these out at the chairs outside and come in to meet me again when you're done."

We did and came back in, after reading each sheet quickly she said, "miss Jayden Sparks, I think you'd do amazing in lunch enforcement. You have the job. And you, Y/N L/N, are perfectly suited for hall monitor. You have the job."

It felt like my cheeks were so store for smiling so much.

Starlight continues re gaining your attention, "I'm actually about to give a tour two new faculty so you came just at the right time! Everyone should be here in about five minutes, until then you may wait in the corridor until then if you would like to join us."

"Oh! Yes! Thank you, we'll be there!" I called before we went out the door. She waved to us as we made it to the hall.

"This. Is. AMAZING." I flew up and twirled around.

"Yeah, I wasn't nervous at all." Jay sighed in relief, clearly lying.

I flew down next to her and confidently trotted. "Me neither."

We smiled at each other as we made our way to the Corridor area. We sat down by the fountain in the middle of it, most creatures where already there but some new ones joined. Before we knew it it was time.
