Hellooo I'm bored, I'm watching a bunch of Tom cruise movies. And talking to a boy about movies while he flirts and I laugh at him. Also above is jegulus but James isn't wearing his glasses. ALSO please vote 🤍

Regulus pov:

Fuck, fuck. Not feeling good in the mornings is absolute shit. Plus yesterday James and my protronus were matching, which if I'm right means we're soulmates, how in the ever living fuck can that be true. I should do some more research before I stress myself out. I have a lot going on, I'm getting constant letters from my mother about making sure to keep myself away from alphas because I have to be "pure" for whatever alpha they sell me too.

Well fuck that because I'm no virgin anymore, James Potter made sure of that. Which is kinda ironic, considering he's the same person that stole Sirius away from me. My mother can never know I'm not a virgin, so I've just been doing what she says, even though this school has a mix amount of genders in it. It's hard to stay away from alphas, when your friends are presenting alpha and your brother is one. So far I've escaped anymore howlers from my dear mother. That counts for something, though the morning nausea isn't kind and I might even rather the howlers.

Halloween is in 5 days and James potter is persistent on cornering me, I can tell, I've dodged him so far but it's a matter of time before he finds me even though I don't tell anyone where I'm going. It's like he has a map or something, he can see me anywhere I go and then shows up. It's utter bullshit.

Am I going to the party as a stag? Yes, because I haven't come up with anything better. I was thinking about asking James what he would think about Achilles and Patroclus but I don't think he would consider it a good idea, it's a tragic story and James potter screams utter romantic, I think he'd think it was to sad.

Transfiguring rocks into antlers isn't hard, attaching them to a headband is another story. I've been trying to glue them to it for an hour before Evan managed to bump them off a table so now I'm re-gluing and death staring him. "Fuck you Rosier" all Evan does is pout. "Have you figured out how to change my hair back yet? I don't wanna go to the party with blue hair so if you don't I will." Evan fake gasps and gets up to try and change my hair back. He has a couple attempts and on the 5th he finally gets it. "Fucking finally. Here rosier you get a gold star." I flip him off and put the headband on to test its durability.

Evan laughs and leaves the dorm to presumably find Barty, the antlers look and feel great so I pull them off and get up to head to potions.

James pov:

Regulus is completely avoiding me, since we spoke in the astronomy tower and showed each other our Protronuses, I'm not sure why he freaked out so bad and ran away, and I'm not sure if we're still meeting at the party, but I haven't been able to talk to him because he's always around his group of friends which is super annoying.

I decided to look into the matching protronus thing since I'm in the library studying anyway, and it's close to Halloween so the professors are going a tad easier right now, so I have time.
I mentioned it to Remus and he helped me find the right book so reading through it and finding- oh god. I look up at remus and look back at the book. "Remus." He looks over. "What prongs?" He says. "It says matching Protronuses mean soulmates. Is this true?" Remus leans over and looks at the book and shrugs. "I guess, I mean that's what the book says?" He shrugs again, while I stare at him. "Why the sudden interest anyway?" He asks. "Oh I just was curious cuz people are going as there protronus for Halloween and I thought it was a good idea." I reply, my head foggy with the thought that regulus probably knows this too.

"Oh, are you going as your Protronus?" Remus asks. "Yea probably." I say while putting the book on the table. Remus nods and goes back to working on his own coursework. "I'm gonna go back to the dorm but wormy and lily will be down, I think in a bit." Remus nods, so I get up and leave the library, heading to the dorm.
