James pov:

Regulus said that he would be fine, but I'm really worried about him being in that house with those monsters. He's such a sweet boy and they are so harmful, and he could be pregnant. WITH MY KID. It's honestly freaking me out.

I get a letter the day after,

I'm okay and safe, I know you are probably worrying about me, but you don't need to.

He makes me smile, he loves me. I put the letter in my book, looking around the great hall. Mostly everyone went home this year, I want to go home, I miss my mom and dad but I really need to focus's on my NEWTs. I'll write them a letter telling them, I love them, and I'll see them for spring break, it's after our NEWT exams.

Sirius black is ignoring me. He will only let Remus talk to him, he's still mad about me and regulus. Christmas morning is nice but I can't help think about regulus, he should be here celebrating with me. "Merry Christmas James,"
Peter says and starts opening his presents.
I got Sirius some earrings, for the ears he pierced himself. I got Moony a charmed cardigan, I got Pete a brand new chess set. "Merry Christmas Pete." I look over at pads and Moony's bed. "Merry Christmas guys."

I got regulus some constellation inspired rings, and a necklace with my initial, i hope he'll like it. I'll give it to him when he gets back, I'm excited to see his reactions. I can barely keep my anxiety together, thinking about regulus in that house, Christmas isn't as fun this year.

Regulus pov: TW.

I wake in a cold sweat, someone's pounding on the door. "Regulus open the door!" Mother, father is probably behind her. Exhaling out harshly, wiping the sweat off and getting up. "Sorry." I call, taking down the charm and unlocking the door. She storms in, with father on her tail. "Merry Christmas?" I try to lighten the mood, I can feel the bruises on my neck from last night.

"It's not a merry Christmas! You attacked your fiancé! You are our responsibility! I told you to behave! And what did you do? You attacked a person!" She yells, making me flinch. "He attacked me first Maman! I was defending myself!" She slaps me across the face, making my face burn and eyes threaten to well up. "Don't you dare talk back to me like that." She threatens, "He hurt me Maman." I whimper.

"He is going to be your husband, you need to learn some respect. I thought I taught you better then this." Her voice is deadly. "You are going to go live with him tonight, you will be finishing you schooling in France, homeschooling. Do you understand?" The shock is probably written all over my face right now, she just nods and looks at Orion. "I won't be finishing at Hogwarts? No I- I don't want to go! What about all my friends! What about my academics?" She slaps me again and pulls out her wand, making me go quiet and rigid. "Leo is a wonderful teacher. You will be taught by him and if you talk back to me one more time, you will get a lashing." Her voice has no emotion.

Father steps in, "regulus you know your place, why are you causing problems? Leo is a great man. He is pure blood and alpha. You should be thankful we found such a good match," i stare at him. "Papa he assaulted me last night! If Cissy hadn't help me I'd be raped! I don't want to marry him! I don't want anything to do with him!" He steps forward but mother is already saying the incantation, causing whip like lash on my back, I cry out as she says it again, all I can do is fall to the ground in pain.
