📍Heathen Strip Club
November 2 2020
11:48 pm"What you think Mac gone say when you tell him." Sanaa asked.
I was at work right now, yes I still work at this busted club. Even though I was making good money with my music and I had my other job I wanted to save some more before I let go.
Honestly I was afraid of losing money and going broke again so it was very hard for me to quit when the money was so good. I could get like 2k in one night if it was busy.
"I don't know to be honest, I know he'll be mad. He already pissed I'm not stripping."
This was my last shift and I was quitting after so I had to tell Mac tonight. I was afraid of how he'd react because he could be very violent at times but I had to do it.
She squeezed my hand. "I'll be right outside if something happens."
We walked to his office and I knocked, going in when he answered leaving Sanaa outside.
"Hey Mac, can we talk?"
"Sure we can pretty girl, have a seat." He said sipping some of the liquor he had on his table.
"So um, you know I've been working here for a while now, and you've given me a great opportunity but I think it's time for me to move on." I said playing with my fingers.
"What you just say?" He said sitting up and peering at me.
"I'm quitting." I said looking up at him. "Tonight is my last shift."
He barked out a laugh. "You think you can come in here and tell me you fuckin quitting, after I put my ass on the line hiring you!" He shouted.
I jumped back as he slammed his hand on the desk. "You fucking play with me."
I stood up. "I'm sorry Mac but I can't stay here anymore."
He jumped and rounded on me backing me into a corner. "You not going nowhere. I fucking own you." He grabbed my hair and started slamming my head in the wall and I screamed for Sanaa.
The door flew open and she came in.
"Mac you're fucking insane." She screamed. She picked up the glass he had on his table and threw it at him hitting his eye.
"Ahh fuck, I'm gonna kill yo ass bitch."
I pushed him off and ran over to Sanaa as he clutched his eye trying to stop it from bleeding.
We ran to the dressing room and got our stuff before leaving out.
"Welp, looks like that was my last day too." Sanaa said shrugging as we walked to my car.
