Two years later

Somebody else's family tapped me out as Rio didn't come. I know he was invited.

I hitch a ride back to the house and go into the house through the key that I have.

No one's home. He's probably at work.

I go to my room but before I can even try and get changed, I fall asleep.

I'm woken up by a loud group of people.

I make my way downstairs silently but they're still at the bottom of the stairs and they all see me.

It's Rio and his friends, from outside of work. They've been drinking.

I smile at them and make my way down as if that's the way I was going anyways but I can feel their eyes cutting daggers into the back of my head as I walk past them.

Luckily my phone rings.

"Hello?" Now they're all listening to my conversation.

"Hi, it's Indie." I smile.

"Hi Ind, what's up?" I sit down on the armchair and they all try to make it subtle that they're not listening but it's really obvious.

"I can't talk to my friend after she gets discharged and for the last time I hope?" It would be the last time, I wanted to be a doctor again.

Someone knocks on the door and the boys answer it and the person walks in.

I don't think they know whoever it is as they ask who the person is. 

"Last time, for sure." It echoes when I say it and I get up. "Indiana?"

It echoes and I go to the door and see her there and I run up to her and hug her.

I burst into tears.

"I've missed you so much." I say as she bursts into tears as well and we hug for so long.

"Can you guys go away or something you're really ruining their moment." Sawyer says and I do a handshake with Sawyer. "It's been too long Missy."

I lead them to the couch where we drink and talk and soon enough, Rio's friends are filling up around us as well.

They're all staring Sawyer down.

"So Sawyer, what do you do for a living." Jace, a walking red flag, asks.

"Oh I study nunya." Sawyer says.

"What's that?" Jace and Adrian ask this time.

"Nunya fucking business." Sawyer says and me and Indie laugh.

Rio, nor Jace and Adrian find it funny. I think the others do find it slightly funny though.

"I'm Harvey Williams, pleasure to meet you." Harvey puts his hand out and shakes it for Indie and Sawyer.

They both shake it back.

"Stanley, Stanley Yates." They greet him too.

"George Harris."

"Finlay Becker."

"Paddy Dudley." Indie and Sawyer greet all of them.

"Let me guess. Economics majors?" Sawyer says and they all nod apart from Jace.

"Jace you're definitely a theatre major." Jace laughs and nods when Indie says this.

"I'm Dr. Indiana Shuto and this here is my fiancée Dr. Sawyer Anderson." I'm so glad for her.
