"Good work everyone," Tooth says. "And also thank you for helping me collect the teeth."

"No problem! After all, we had to do something about this." North says.

"Hey," I say." Um, what exactly are we going to do with the teeth? Since, you know..."

"Oh!" She says, and then laughs slightly. "Well, we are going to put them on North's workshop of course."

"Wait, what?" North says.

"Yeah," she says. "Where else are we supposed to put them?"

"Not in the workshop! The Elves and Yetis will take them!" He says.

"Well, we could always put them in my house," I say. "It's hidden away in the forest and no one knows about it. Besides, I have a magical barrier to keep anything away from it."

The Guardians look at each other for a moment in silent. Then North comes up to me.

"Sorry Y/N. But there is still a chance that Trista can take the teeth, even if you don't believe it, she will find a way," He says and then gives me a smile. "It's not that we don't trust you, it's just that we can't take any risks."

"Oh yeah! It's totally fine!" I smile. "It was just a suggestion."

"Alright, then it's settled," Bunny says. "We will hide them at the workshop."

North opens a portal that heads to the workshop and we all go in.

I guess it was expected if they didn't want for me to have the teeth at my house. I'm still new here after all, if I were them I wouldn't trust myself either.

———

"What's the plan now?" Jack asks. We are in the workshop. North made sure to hide the teeth somewhere no one could find. Not even us.

We are right now trying to plan what to do with Trista and hoping that she doesn't act before we are ready. But that's what she wants, to strike while we are unknown of her plan.

We are running out of time.

"The plan now is to make the kids believe in us for as long as possible until we think of something," North says. "After all, Easter is very close. There is still some hope left."

"That's right!" Bunny says. "And you can help me so we can place the eggs faster."

"And while we do that," North says. "Jack and Y/N will have to go back to the hideout and keep an eye on Trista."

"What?! Again?!" We both say at the same time.

"Yes! You two worked very well together last time. I think it is a perfect plan," North says, grinning and all of the Guardians agree.

"But- but-" Jack says and gets cut off.

"No buts! The plan will start tonight, and you two can't back away now!" North says.

At this point there is no purpose in arguing. After all, my relationship doesn't matter with Jack right now, and now that we have a plan, it is finally time to put it into action.

"Okay, I will do it," I say and turn to Jack. "If we want to stop Trista, we have to work together ice cube."

"Wait but what about-" Jack tries to argue but I give him a look.

"Okay then!" Tooth says. "Let's do this!"

Sandy makes a thumbs up, Jack and I nod at North, and we all agree with the plan.

Now there is no room for messing up for the sake of the children.
