Beth Greene POV:
I looked into Daryl's eyes while the man looked at my ankle.
Once he told me it was just sprained, my heart filled with joy.
Maggie disappeared into a room with the doctor. She soon returned.
The way her face creeped into a un pleasurable frown, I knew something was up. Glenn was clearly oblivious.
"I'm turning." The words escaped her mouth in a soft whisper. His eyes were in a look of confusion.
"What? That's not possible, you were bit? When! Where?! Why didn't you tell us. Maggie!" His words spit out quickly.
"I don't know! I'm not bit!" She said. By now everyone was extremely confused by the subject.
"Maggie, how am I gonna live with out you?"
"Just fine, we haven't been talking for 2 weeks." She said, tears welling in her eyes.
She got up and stormed upstairs, the sound of a door crashing shut echoed throughout the house. Everyone stared at each other in disbelief.
Glenn followed after her after a couple of minutes. I grabbed Daryl.
"I think I need to go outside." I said quietly.
He picked me up and we both went out onto the porch. Tears too started to appear on my face, Daryl set me down, and sat next to me.
His hands wrapped around me in a hug.
"It's ok baby. I'm sure our last couple of days with her will be great."
I coughed, looking up at him.
"But she's the last of my family."He paused for a moment, before looking at me.
"She doesn't have to be." His face came towards mine, our lips touching once again. Heat radiated throughout my body, warming my sorrow filled heart."I love you." I said, breaking the kiss.
"I love you too." He replied.
"Do you think this place will work out?" I said, trying to keep my mind off the fact that my sister is slowly dying.
"Maybe. Maybe not. Only time will tell." He said, gazing into the woods.
Suddenly he got up.
"Someone is watchin' us."He instantly picked me up and raced inside.
"Some one is watching us." He said frantically to the group.
"Are you sure it wasn't just a person walking by?" Carol said to him.
"No! They were here last night too." He said, panicked
A knock on the door had scared us all for a second time.
Rick opened the door revealing an unfamiliar face. A man dressed in black with a knife in his hands.
"I want all the weapons." He man screamed at us.
"Hey! Calm down I'm sure we can work something out." Rick said as he reached towards the man, smacking his face and locking the door.
"EVERYONE GRAB YOUR THINGS AND GET OUT THE BACK DOOR!" He shouted.
Everyone scrambled to find their belongings. The door was being punched in by the second.
Everyone ran out the door, hopping the fence that surrounded the town. We ran, not looking back, but little did we know that would be our biggest mistake. We had forgotten something very valuable, Glenn and Maggie.

Dr. Philips POV:
I rushed into the house, eager to meet the new guests. Beth had a simple sprained ankle. I was just about to leave when Maggie approached me. She told me that she had been throwing up, and other things. I new what it was the minute she said it. She was pregnant.
I couldn't tell her, it was bad enough that Edensburg had to take care of one baby, but the thought of having to take care of another disgusted me. I had to think of something fast.
"Maggie, I think you're infectious with the zombie virus and are slowly turning."
