Your nose stung from the sterile scent that invaded your nose as you woke up. The glare of fluorescent lighting caused your head to spin.

"Absolutely incredible... They created a-a type of metal with no magnetic pull t-that's impossible... Well no, no it isn't. If they followed..." Otto began to mumble some physics theory, did they seriously put the two of you in the same cell?

"That's what-what you're focused on?" You croaked.

"You're alright!" he ran to you and crouched down to embrace you, his actuators clicked excitedly. Even though your whole body ached with terrible pain, you managed to shy away from his touch.

"I told you not to follow me."
"I wasn't just going to let them take you-"
"And now we're both trapped!"

The two of you sat in tense silence for what seemed like forever. You looked around to examine the bare cell.

"He's controlling all of them," you muttered.

"I know."
"What-What is his plan? I've only seen this... this kind of evil shit in works of fiction!"
"He's lost his mind. I believe that we all have, in one way or another." Otto admitted.

"...And whose fault is that?"
"You have every right to be mad at me,"
"I'm... I don't know what to feel anymore," you confessed.

"I can't put into words how sorry I am-"

"You ruined my life Gun-Otto. And no matter what I feel towards you I can't–" you trailed off "I can't..."
"I haven't been able to sleep for ten years."

"Am I supposed to feel sorry for you?" You scoffed.

"No... Please just let me finish."
Your lips drew into a thin line, but you nodded.

"I haven't been able to sleep for ten years, I know what I've done, and all those lives ruined, all those lives lost they... they haunt me." he paused before continuing. "And I deserve it. I do, but it doesn't mean that I won't try and... fix things." his hand hesitantly touched yours, your hand didn't shy away this time. "I was able to sleep when you were with me."

You didn't want to admit it... But you hadn't been able to sleep until he was with you as well.

"How are we supposed to get past this?" you asked.

"I-I still want to try, but if you don't..." his hand started to draw away from yours, you grabbed it and squeezed.

"Somehow, I still love you," you confessed. "But-But I don't trust you."
"I will do anything to earn your trust," he swore.

"...Destroy the fusion reactor."
He hesitated "I don't know if I can get to it-"
"It's up here, isn't it?" you cut him off.
"It should be."

"Then we'll destroy it."
"...We?"

"I'm going to make sure that you get rid of it once and for all."

His actuators hissed at you, and you turned to glare at them.

"Do you want to help him?" you snapped "Because you have not been helping him! Now you four are going to listen to him and do as he says or I'll disassemble all of you into a pile of scrap metal!" you warned.

The actuators looked at Otto for help, but he didn't say anything. Their red eyes glared at you and gave one last rebellious hiss before relaxing at their master's side.

"Can they break us out of here?" you asked, gesturing to the actuators. Your feelings were still very confusing and complicated. But you would have to sort those out later.
"We've already tried. It's quite impressive-" he caught your disapproving look and sighed "But quite unfortunate for us."

"It was fun to watch you struggle though, Doc." Harry stepped out of the shadows.
"Are you trying to be Dr. Evil or something?!" you snapped.

"Still have that... Spunk. Tony must've rubbed off onto you before this one killed him." Harry pointed to Otto, who took a step back.

"You take that back." you snarled. "Or I'll-"

"I'm going to pretend as if I didn't hear that." Harry cut you off. "It's time for dinner, come on."

The glass doors opened with a hiss.

"Let's go-" Otto tried to raise one of his actuators, but it wouldn't budge.

" Your actuators are made out of adamantium, completely immune to the magnetic pull of your fusion reactor." Harry grinned at Otto's growing discomfort "Had Oscorp whip up some floors that would... Well, you're a genius I think that you can figure the rest out." he leaned forward "I knew that you weren't dead, you couldn't be. You were always too stubborn." he grinned before he continued "We've been waiting for you."

"I'm sorry, we?" Otto raised an eyebrow, you shakily stood up.

"Good, you're alive." a female voice rang out. Otto's eyes widened in horror as a red-haired woman stepped out, her emerald green eyes held nothing but pure hatred for him.

"Now I'll get to kill you."
