I know, the picture is really amusing. But this is one of the only pictures of Steve and Adam that I have. Brought to you by the Sims 3 lol.

A day off and Steve sat in the living room, playing with his phone. He suddenly caught sight of a short story commercial video and stopped scrolling.
To his surprise, it was a Father's Day ad by a fast-food company.
And then he realised something.
He didn't prepare anything for his own father.
"Oh darn..." Steve gulped. "When is Father's Day?"
He looked up the date and almost got a heart attack when he realised how it was literally two days away.
Steve couldn't order anything online too since there was no guarantee that it would arrive on time.
He couldn't just buy something since he had no idea what to buy either.
He couldn't even plan something big since there wasn't enough time for it.
There was only one thing left to do.

"What's going on?" Hwoarang arrived and sat down in front of his blond friend. "Is everything okay?"
"I need your help," Steve said. "Where's Jin?"
"Probably doing CEO stuff," Hwoarang shrugged. "You know how he is, right?"
"I'm right here, Hwo," Jin suddenly appeared, holding his phone. "I made time for you guys and this is what you say?"
"Jin, I didn't say anything," Steve pointed out. "Also, come on. Drinks' on me."
Jin sat down next to Hwoarang. "What's this about?"
"I need your help," Steve sighed. "Father's Day is coming up and I literally have no clue on what to do! Any suggestions?"
The waiter arrived to take their order. Jin waited for him to leave before speaking. "Take him to a spa. Trust me, he'll love it."
"He would, but my dad isn't like yours," Steve frowned. "Every day is spa day for him."
"No wonder he looks so young despite being in his forties," Hwoarang snorted. "I know cryosleep is one of the factors but spa days contribute too."
"I think he's right," Steve chuckled. "And the part where he's a total goofball contributes too."
"How about you take him to Disneyland?" Hwoarang suggested. "He likes that kinda stuff, right?"
"I can't even count how many times we took him there," Steve sighed. "We went there only last month, even staying a few nights at the hotel."
"Then what should you do?" Jin sighed. "Holiday?"
"That sounds good, but how do we import him to... where?" Steve pursed his lips. "How?"
"What did you do for him last year again?" Hwoarang asked. "Sounds like you did nothing, as far as I can remember."
"My grandparents came over and we brought them around Tokyo," Steve shrugged. "It wasn't much for him but for grandpa instead."
"Why don't you do something for him instead?" Jin smirked.
"Idiot, that's why I called you here," Steve rolled his eyes. "If I knew what to do for him, why would I call the two of you here?"
"Just take him out for dinner or something," Jin sighed. "How are we supposed to know what he likes?"
"How about..." Hwoarang smirked sinisterly. "Yakushima?"
"That's actually a really good idea, honestly..." Steve nodded. "Yeah, I think we'll do just that."
The waiter arrived with their order and left.
"Finally!" Hwoarang said, taking his coffee. He looked at his friends, then at the red strands that fell around his head, and smirked. "I just realised something."
"What?" Jin sighed, knowing full well it was something stupid.
"We look like guy versions of the Totally Spies!" Hwoarang started laughing. "I can be Sam, Steve— Clover, and you, Kazama, can be Alex."
"We should cosplay them for Halloween or something," Steve joined in smirking. "Imagine that, gender-bend Totally Spies!"
"You guys are so pathetic..." Jin sighed.
His two friends started laughing at his annoyed face.

Steve somehow managed to get his mother alone.
"What is it?" Nina asked.
Steve couldn't help it. "One Love."
Nina groaned. "What do you want?"
"Mom, what do you say we go to Yakushima this Sunday for Father's Day?"
Nina frowned thoughtfully. "Why?"
"Father's Day, Mum."
Nina gasped. A faraway look suddenly glazed her eyes as if she was thinking of something that happened a long time ago.
"Mum, are you okay?" Steve asked, placing a hand on her shoulder. "Is something bothering you?"
Nina shook her head. "It's nothing... just thinking about my father. We used to do all sorts of things for Father's Day. Been a while since I visited his grave too..."
"Okay... what about Yakushima?" Steve asked. "You really wanna go?"
"Yes yes," Nina nodded. "Go ahead and get everything booked."
"Will do," Steve nodded. "Right away."
Steve went to his room and frowned to himself as soon as the door closed. He went to his laptop on the table and started booking everything necessary for the trip.
