Leilani POV

I was on my way to the hospital to see Ace for the first time since he was in a coma. I needed to talk to him and actually tell him how I felt hopefully he's listening. I pulled into the hospital and found a parking spot and parked. I turned the car off and got out and grabbed my phone and keys and closed the door. I walked into the hospital and stopped at the front desk.

"How may I help you?" She asked

"Kedravious Omarion Smith"  I said

"Let me see" She said typing away

"He's in 103 just keep straight" She said

"Okay" I said opening the double doors

I walked down the hall looking at all the numbers and finally found it. I took a deep breath before walking in the room and then walked in.

I walked in and seen Ace hooked up to all the machines and they were beeping letting me know that he was still alive. He laid there so careless and pale it was a terrible thing to see.. my heart broke just seeing him like this.

I grabbed the chair and pulled it closer to the bed I sat down and grabbed his hands as tears rolled down my face and I quickly wiped them away and took a deep breath.

"Hey Ace.. it's me Leilani. I don't know if you can hear me right now but I really hope you can. Why didn't you just stay home with me Ace? Why didn't you just go to sleep when i went to sleep? Why didn't you just wake me up if you had so much on your mind? I just wanna know why.. I need you here Ace I need you here so fucking bad. I didn't really knew how much you meant to until now. Every since you have came into my life you have made me and my baby so happy I have enjoyed spending time with you every single day and now that you not here it just feel weird. I also wanna tell you something else that I've been keeping to myself. I do have feelings for you and I started catching feelings for you at the hotel I just felt it was to soon to tell you but I realize that you could've been took from me just like that so I feel like now was the time to tell you.. hopefully you wake up soon so we can talk about it. But I really want you to know that I'm here by your side always" I said

I wiped the tears that had fallen and held on to his hands and just stared at him as the machine beeped. I heard the door open and turned around and it was a nurse.

"Hi I'm Casey, I didn't know anybody was in here" She said smiling

"Hey" I said

"This your boyfriend?" She asked

"Yes." I said

Even though me and Ace wasn't officially together I just felt the need to say what I said.

"Well he's doing wonderful. He reacting as he should I'm thinking he will be up very soon" She said

"Thank you for letting me know that" I said

"Of course" She said smiling

"Are you his nurse everyday or does it change?" I asked

"It changes. I get off at 7 and somebody else comes in and takes on the night shift" She said

"Oh okay" I said

I watched as she put medicine in his IV and changed his fluids. The door opened again and Peanut, Bray and Kavion walked in.

"Wassup sis" Peanut said

"Hey" I said

"As I was just telling his girlfriend he's doing good so far. " She said

"Igh preciate it for taking good care of him" Peanut said

"Wheres Kavion?" I asked

"He's on the way now he like 30 mins away" Peanut said

"How long you been here?" Bray asked

"Only for about 10 mins going on 20" I said

"Have you ate?" Peanut asked

"Yea before I left home" I said

"Make sure you keep eating he would kill my ass if he found out you wasn't eating and shit " Peanut said

"You right" i said looking at Ace

I sighed and just continued holding his hand hoping that he would wake up anytime now.

I was still at the hospital with Ace and all his friends were here. I'm so glad to see that cause that fake love shit not cool at all. Zion was here too being a good friend to me which was really sweet of her. I appreciated all the love and support for Ace and I know he did too.

"I never know how Ace met you" Qua said

"We met at the grocery store it's a crazy way we met but yeah" I said

"Nigga probably was getting sum for his grandma. Mrs smith always sending him there" Qua said

"He was" I said chuckling

"I never thought his ass would settle down though shit crazy to me." Kavion said

"Yea ian gone cap when he first told us about you we honestly ain't think that shit was gone last cause of the nigga he was" Peanut said

"I understand no offense taken" I said

"Cause Ace was a real fuck and dip nigga" Qua said

"On me" Peanut said chuckling

"But nah I'm glad he found a good girl cause he need it. Ace going through a lot of shit that we only know about and to see you being the first one here showing me you really riding for my dawg" Peanut said

"Of course " I said

"My bro gone be real happy to see you sitting right here" Kavion said

"I know he will. I just hate he's going through this though" I said

"He gone shake back nigga strong as hell" Qua said

"If he can shake back from a gun shot he can shake back from this" Peanut said
