Genesis's POV I woke up to my phone blaring. "Ugh stupid alarm." I said and fell off my bed. "Genny are you okay?" I heard Bella asked from the bottom of the stairs. "Yes." I said. "Well get dressed we have school." Bella said, I sighed so far living here has been good except last night Dad accidentally walked in the bathroom while Bella showered which was funny for me but mortifing for Dad and Bella. I got dressed in light blue jeans, gray sweater, tan wedge boots, did my hair in a braid, and did makeup. I grabbed my phone putting it in my backpack and walked downstairs seeing Bella eating cereal. "Dad leave for work already?" I asked pouring some coffee in a travel mug. "Yeah, but it's fine." Bella said not showing emotion. "Bells he's only used to one of us being here for the summer." I said, knowing Bella was not fine. "I know, I like being alone." Bella said. "Rude, considering your awesome little sister is right here." I said. "Come on oh awesome one." Bella said rolling her eyes. We got out and it was raining. "Want to use my car or the thing?" I asked pointing to the truck. "My truck." Bella said. I got in the passenger seat. "Why aren't you driving your nice car?" Bella said. "Car pool better for the environment." I said. She started it and it was running at top volume. She drove to school. Jasper's POV I watched as Alice was practically vibrating in happiness and Leo was trying to calm her down and I was trying to help with my empath power. "I'm so happy." Alice said. "Why?" I asked. "You and Edward meet your mates today." Alice said. "What?" Edward and I asked. "Yeah they are sisters, I think twins." Alice said. "What does she look like?" I asked, grabbing my adopted sister by her shoulders looking at her. "Yours has dark brown curls, green hazel eyes, and looks beautiful according to some of the guys at school looking at her." Alice said. "Let's get to school." I said. "I don't think any of us are happy to ever go to school." Emmett said. "Are they human?" Rosalie asked. "Yes, but they seem nice." Alice said. I glared at Rosalie knowing she was feeling disgusted by having to deal with humans. Genesis's POV Bella pulled up to the small school that looked nice and small.

"Time to face the reality." Bella said. "Stop being pessimistic." I said. We got out of the truck. "Nice car." Some jerk said. "Thanks." Bella said. "Nice face." I retorted. "Genny." Bella said. "What, I'm being protective." I said shrugging. We got to the office and saw the office lady sitting there. "Hi we're new." Bella said. "Oh Isabella and Genesis Swan. Here's your schedules, a map of the school, and here's a slip all your teachers need to sign and bring it back by the end of the day." She said. "Thanks." I said. "Have a nice day." She said. We left and walked outside I saw some cars that looked like mine or Bella's and a shiny new Volvo. "Hey are you the new girls?" Some guy asked. "Yes." We said. "I'm Eric Yorkie the eyes and ears of this place, need notes, tutoring, a pass for gym, a get out of detention free card, a shoulder to cry on." Eric said. "I'm good, I'll see you soon Bells." I said and looked at my schedule. First period:trigonometry Second period:English Third period:government Fourth period:creative writing Fifth period a:music Fifth period b:lunch Sixth period:biology II Seventh period:gym I walked trying to find my way and I didn't see something and tripped, I was about to fall when someone caught me. "You good Darlin?" I heard a sourthern accent, I looked at his gold eyes, blond hair, and perfect features. "Thank you." I said. "No problem Doll." He said. I blushed at how handsome he was. "Can you help me?" I asked. "Sure." He said. "Thanks can you show me were Trig is?" I asked. "I'm heading there also I'm Jasper Hale by the way." He said. "Genesis Swan." I said. "So Genesis where are you from?" He asked. "Phoenix, Arizona." I said. "Did you like it there?" He asked. "Kinda, I mean I liked the sun but I also like rain." I said. "That's nice." He said. "Where are you from you don't exactly sound northern." I said. "I'm originally from Texas before my twin, older sister, and I all got adopted." Jasper said. "Oh that must've been hard." I said. "Nah we were adopted by our ma's brother and his wife they also have three other foster children." Jasper said. "Must be nice having all those siblings. I have an sister who is my Irish twin by 9 months." I said. "Who's older?" Jasper asked. "Her." I said. "Oh, so you're the baby." Jasper said. "Sometimes I feel like I'm the older one." I said. "Well here we are." Jasper said, we walked in and I handed Mr. Varner my slip. "Class today we have a new student please welcome Genesis Swan, go up and tell the class a bit about yourself." He said. "Hi my name is Genesis Swan, I'm from Phoenix, Arizona and I'm an Irish twin." I said. "Okay go sit next to Mr. Hale." Mr. Varner said, there was only one empty seat not like I'm gonna sit on someone's lap. I took out my notebook to take notes and Mr. Varner got me a Trig book, I tried to figure out the equations but math is my worst subject. "Need help?" Jasper asked. "Yeah." I whispered. He nodded and the bell rang. "Here's my number so we can plan a time for me to help you." He said. "Sounds nice." I said. "Yeah, and relax Trig can be tough." He said. "Better than one time in my Bio class I made up a disease." I said. He laughed and I got to English and handed Mr. Mason my slip. "Welcome to Forks Washington, Genesis." He said. "Thanks." I said. "You can sit by Alice and Leo." He said. I found my seat and I sat down by a pretty girl with black hair in a pixie cut and gold eyes, the boy had brownish blond hair, also gold eyes. "Hi I'm Alice Cullen." Alice said. "Genesis Swan." I said. "Leo Hale." Leo said. "Wait Hale, I think I met your twin Jasper." I said. "Cool." Leo said. I nodded and Mr. Mason handed me the class syllabus. "Okay so we are reading Wuthering Heights." He said. I nodded and he went up to teach, I hated this book only Bella, I think, willingly reads it. After he handed me a copy of the book. Class ended and I groaned. "What's wrong?" Alice asked. "I think only my sister willingly reads this book." I said. "You don't like it?" Leo asked. "The only thing I read from it at my old school was the cliff notes and then I just did my essay on that." I said. "That's smart." Leo said. I laughed, they made good friends. I sat in government and thankfully Jasper was in that class. "Okay class we are doing partner groups and you will be doing a presentation of the civil war." Mr. Jefferson said. "Wanna be partners?" Jasper asked. "Sure, what part of the civil war do you want to do it on?" I asked. "The Confederate." He said. "Okay, since everyone else is probably doing it on the Union side." I said, we figured out the script and laughed talking about it. We left and I got to creative writing had Miss. Kosch sign my slip and sat next to a girl with black hair and glasses and I got my notebook out. "Hi I'm Genesis Swan." I said. "Angela Weber, I really like your notebook." She said. "Thanks I like your backpack." I said. We got talking and smiled at each other. "Okay class today were just going to be working on our short stories." She said. "It's free writing." Angela said. I started writing down some ideas I had. Class ended soon and Angela seemed like a nice girl and I could see being friends. "Here's my number Ang so we can talk." I said. "Great thanks Gen, I can call you that right?" She asked. "Sure." I said smiling. I got to music and had Mr. Thorn sign my paper. "Go sit next to Edward." He said. I sat there and gave him a smile he glared at me, huh maybe he's just having a bad day. "Okay class we have a new musician Genesis Swan, now you have to preform so I know where to put you." He said. I sat down at the piano, I'm so glad I took a few lessons, but once when Bella didn't want to do the activity mom took both Bella and I out. I started playing Sara Bareilles song Gravity. I sang along hearing the notes and enjoyed playing and singing. I finished and everyone clapped and I bowed and sat downn next to Edward. "Well you are very talented Genesis." Mr. Thorn said. Class continued and he just went over the usual things in music I actually found it interesting. Class ended and I tried to find Bella. "Hi I'm Jessica Stanley." A girl named Jessica said. "Genesis Swan." I said. "Oh are you Bella's sister." She said. "Yes." I said, apparently her and Bella became friends and she talked my ear off. I got my lunch ready to punch her.
