First Date

Genesis's POV
I did my makeup one armed while Bella sat on my bed. "I don't understand boys weren't important to you before why now?" Bella asked. "Well until I met Jasper I only found book or tv show men attractive." I said. "Yeah the Sirius Black and Chris Halliwell crushes gave that away." Bella said, I stuck my tongue out. "Genny. Jasper is here." Dad said. We walked downstairs and I saw Jasper in a casual outfit wearing dark jeans, a red button up, black converse, his hair was styled back and he looked gorgeous like normal. "Hello Chief Swan." Jasper said shaking his hand. "Hello Jasper, what are your intentions with Genesis." Dad said. "Well sir, after I became a good friend with Genesis I noticed she was so sweet, caring, and just perfect and when I explained this to my sisters they said I was in love, so I plan on treating her like the queen she is." Jasper said. "Okay have her home by 12." Dad said Jasper took my hand and we got in his car. "Who's car's is this?" I asked. "Mine, I own this and a bike." Jasper said and he turned on the radio and held my hand as he drove we pulled up to his house, I looked at him confused. "The whole family wants to know that you understand the severity of us dating." Jasper said and got out helping me out and we walked in his house and into the living room I saw Alice practically bouncing, Leo calming her down, Rosalie glaring, Emmett smiling, Esme and Carlisle just smiled warmly, I read the emotions Alice was excitement, Leo was calmness, Rosalie was anger mixed in with envy, Emmett was happiness, Esme and Carlisle both were calm. Jasper and I sat down and I smiled since I did like knowing emotions for the things I was getting myself into. "So Genesis you know how dangerous it is with us being vampires and you being human." Carlisle said and I let out a small laugh at the thought of being fully human. "I'm not fully human." I said. "What do you mean you smell human." Rosalie said and I smiled and made my eyes glow purple and I levitated myself a bit off the couch. "Awesome." Emmett laughed. I came back down and Jasper looked at me shocked that I could do that. "You're apart of a witch coven?" Carlisle asked interested. "Nope I have no clue if I have magic from a ancestor or just pure luck." I said. "So you already have to keep a secret?" Rosalie asked smiling. "Yes." I said nodding. "What other powers do you have?" Leo asked. "Right now it's telekinesis, empathy, premonitions, shield, levitation, and molecular combustion." I said. "Molecular combustion, can you show us?" Emmett asked I smirked and walked outside they followed. I went to the tree and blew it up. "Damn, remind me not to get you mad." Leo said laughing. "Yeah, molecular combustion is a new power I have so it's a bit hard to control when I get angry." I said. "That's fine, I've never met a witch before." Carlisle said. "We hide from vampires have a bad past of them starting the Witch Trails in London." I said. "Not Salem?" Esme asked. "No that was little Abigail Williams who was the first known evil witch." I said. "Why not use your magic more it looks awesome." Emmett said. "Well the Salem Witch trails scare me to not use my magic." I said frowning. "Okay, now that that is over I need to take my beautiful girl out on a date." Jasper said. We walked and got in his car and turned the heat up making it warm. "Thank you." I said. "No problem we need to keep you warm before one of us gets the heated blanket." He said and we laughed. We got to a little festival that was going on in Port Angeles it had food trucks and a concert. "Wow this looks awesome." I said. "Edward said you were thinking of dragging either Bella or Angela to this." Jasper said smirking. "How did Edward know that?" I asked wondering how Edward can do that. "Like how I can read emotions, Edward can hear thoughts, and Alice can see the future." Jasper said. "Can Edward read everyone's thoughts?" I asked. "Not Bella's and you it's only you when you are relaxed." Jasper said as we walked around. "The shield, I can block out mind attacks and spells done to the mind and I think Bella always had it." I said, remembering the failed spells. "Understandable." He said. We walked around some more and Jasper bought me some food. "So vampires can't eat?" I asked, I was now curious about vampires. "Yeah." Jasper said shrugging. "Cool I probably look disgusting eating." I said. "No, you look beautiful." He said kissing my nose. We walked around after I finished eating and saw the concert and it was a band doing covers of other artists and heard Just a Kiss by Lady Antebellum. "Come on let's dance." I said. "Do you even know how to dance?" Jasper asked.  "Nope, but who cares." I said. "Okay Miss. Swan." He said and he spun me and dipped me, we had fun. We got back around 11 and we stood out ony doorstep. "I had fun Gen." He said smiling. "So did I Jasper." I said and he kissed my cheek and Dad opened the door. "An hour before 12, I think you are a good boy Jasper." Dad said. "Thank you for letting me take Genesis out on a date." Jasper said, and I could tell Dad liked Jasper. "It's fine you seem like a fine young gentleman." Dad said we walked in and Dad looked at me. "So?" I asked smiling. "It seems he cares about you and you seem to like him so I approve. I went to my bedroom and saw Bella sitting there in her pjs. "Sleepover?" I asked. "Yes you need to spill how the date went." Bella said. I laughed and went to change in my pjs. I got changed.
