Translation - Assistance
Katya released Lafayette from her grasp and threw him to the ground. She tugged her shirt down, and fixed her hair while looking at a rattled Lafayette.
"Don't worry, I held onto your head so the whiplash will fade in a few minutes." She spoke.
As Lafayette attempted to regain consciousness, he brought himself up and was immediately stopped.
His chain was caught under Katya's shoe, he brought his head up to reveal her stern gaze.
"I don't intend to release you just yet."
He twitched his nose in anger and sat on the nearest hood of a parked car they were next to, Katya had brought them to Merlotte's.
"Bitch, at least you intend to let my ass go." He sighed and crossed his arms.
"What the fuck we doing at Merlottes anyways? Aren't you afraid someone's gonna see me?" He slightly cackled and adjusted himself on the car.
"You might just end up in jail for kidnapping." He began to laugh longer until Katya pulled the chain around his neck towards her face.
He swallowed in fear and began to scatter his breathes. His lip quivered and sweat began to run down his forehead.
"That's why you can't be seen, for now."
She wrapped the chain around her hand and tugged him towards the car door. She opened the car and threw him in, and as she did she wrapped the chain around his hands, as it was barely long enough to reach.
She ripped a piece of her long skirt and gagged him so he was unable to speak, and closed the door. Lafayette wasn't stupid enough to scream or bang on the car as she closed the door, but even if he wanted to, he was unable.
Katya punched him square in the face, not hard enough to kill him, but hard enough to knock him out for a few hours.
She shut the car door and magically binded it shut. To even open a door on the car would require you to demolish the whole vehicle, but even then, it was impenetrable.
After she was finished occupying Lafayette for the mean time, she started towards Merlottes, and as she walked in, she immediately caught everyone's attention. Although most were glamoured to forget the past incident she was involved in at the bar, seeing new people in Marlotte's was almost foreign, especially a person as mysterious as she is.
She caught everyone's eye, especially the person she considered to be the last piece she needed to complete her ominous puzzle. And to no one's suprise, it was the strange waitress Sookie.
Sookie watched as Katya sat on one of the bar stools and acted as though she was just a regular customer. Sookie set down her tray with food and immediately walked towards Katya.
"What are you doing here? They-"
"They've all been glamoured, remember? For a person who can't be glamoured you seem to forget more than they." Replied Katya.
"As for my intentions, I've come here for you."
Katya began to play with the napkins that were set out on the bar and smiled at Sookie.
"For me?"
"Yes."
"HEY, WHERE ARE MY RINGS?" Shouted an angry customer from the back of the restaurant.
Katya grabbed Sookie's hand and dragged her out of the building.
"Wha- Hey!" She argued.
Katya stormed out with Sookie by her side and she began to lead her toward the car she had held her new hostage in.
Once they arrived, Sookie gasped obnoxiously loud and placed her hands on the window of the car.
"Lafayette?!?" She attempted to open the car door and once she immediately failed, she moved on to the next, and to the next. To her demise, every door failed to open.
"Do you really think that getting to a hostage I placed in a car would be as easy as opening a simple door? You underestimate me Sookie Stackhouse."
Katya had her arms crossed as she watched Sookie, she marveled at how she attempted to help her friend even if she knew there was no hope, she was a loyal companion.
"You will get him out now! How fucking dare you, he's a person! Not some animal you can keep! How long have you had him h-" Katya cut off her banter.
"If you speak another word I will keep him in that car until the skin rots off his bone and there are nothing but fleas and maggots surrounding him."
Katya took a deep breath and let out a sigh.
"A friend of mine has been missing for-" Katya thought about her wording of the matter.
"Some time now. And I have recently discovered his location. But unfortunately I will need assistance retrieving my friend from this location. Although I am eager to obtain him, my assistance that I so desperately need is difficult to obtain. So desperate times call for desperate measures, and capturing your friend was a measure that is sorely needed to acquire this-"
She walked closer to Sookie and circled her.
"Assistance."
"Lafayette has been rotting in a cell every day that he has been missing and I have rescued him, well-"
Katya brought her fingers up to gesture quotion marks. " "rescued him". "
"Lafayette will remain in this car until you agree to accompany me on my journey to retrieve my friend, and if you refuse. He will remain here with nothing but himself, slowly suffocating in this prison in his own piss and shit with nothing to eat or drink. And you will be forced to watch him slowly die as you my dear, are the assistance I need."
Sookie glared at Katya with nothing but disgust written on her face. She never quite understood Katya as she has been one of the most difficult people to read for her. It pains her every encounter with Katya that she can't read her mind.
"You've been rather quiet. Any thoughts?" She mocked.
Sookie kept quiet in fear of Katya's previous threat. Katya chuckled and brought her hand up, signaling to speak.
"You're fucking vile." Said Sookie.
Katya laughed and crossed her arms. "You should've seen where he previously was. This ugly car just so happens to be an upgrade!"
"I have one condition."
"Do you really think you're in the position to make demands?" Katya tapped on the car twice and raised her eyebrows. "Poor Lafayette is slowly decaying as we speak."
"I know, but at least let me bring Bill. I'll do whatever you say without question."
"I was under the impression that was already part of the deal."
"It is now." Replied Sookie. A short pause was in place until Katya fixed her posture and walked past Sookie.
"I'll soon inform you on our departure, till then. Stay alive."
Katya sped away and as she did, the car doors that trapped Lafayette immediately swung open.
