Translation - Digging Graves
Katya laid on the cold concrete that was the rocky road of Bon Temp, Louisiana. It felt uncomfortable on her skin, but she could barely feel it due to the immense pain she felt after her recent discovery. A pain that she never imagined she would have to feel. A pain that she would do anything and everything to prevent.
Her heart felt heavy, almost as if a brick was lodged into her chest, and her body was completely numb. She was only left with the company of dead witches whos only wish is to taunt her.
It looked almost as if she were dead, she could care less about her inconvenient location, she was more concerned about someone finding her and bothering her. The sun was was burning hot that day, the rays even interrupted her numbness, her skin began to turn red from sunburn.
She closed her eyes and reminisced on the little time she had with her Godric, her beautiful Godric, who would soon face an unimaginable end. Could she save him? That, she didn't know. God knows she wants to, but she doesn't know if she has the power to.
Drowning in her own thoughts, Katya's struggle was finally put to an abrupt end. She felt a surge of fear travel through her veins and all throughout her body. It was Sookie's fear, Katya slightly chuckled at the fact that one simple girl could somehow muster up a barrel of trouble every step she takes. Her eyes widened as soon as she felt it flare up. She sighed and slowly picked herself up, drying her tears, she tucked her hair behind her ears and sped away to Sookie's aid.
As she got in range of the faerie, she found herself in a cemetary looking around for Sookie, but luckily she didn't have to do that for long due to a sharp screech interrupting her search.
She sped to it revealing a petrified Sookie sitting in a fresh grave, crying tears of horror, and a clearly insane man with blood running down his face. He was obviously trying to murder the poor girl, but unfortunately. Not everyone gets what they want.
Sookie propped her head up from the grave and the man whooped in joy. He grabbed her head and pulled her out with brute strength. He threw her into a grave stone and prepared to punch her, but was stopped by a decently angered Katya.
She swiftly ripped off the hand that vied for Sookie's cheek, and licked each finger of its flowing blood.
The man screamed in complete and utter agony and crawled backward from the vampire, gripping onto his newly created nub.
A dog ran into the scene and cradled himself under Sookie's arm, whimpering and licking the wounds on her arm. It was a shifter, Katya thought. Sam maybe?
Katya threw the amputated hand into the body of the man and sped to him. She bent down and pulled his hair, forcing his head back. Katya brought his neck toward her face, and sniffed it.
"You smell completely of horse shit, your blood is more useless than the entirety of your lifetime now." Whispered Katya.
She threw his head onto the ground, and got up. In the distance she could see a burnt Bill forcing himself through the excruciating pain that was the sun.
"Sookie." He forced out.
He absolutely was in love with her. He slightly brought his arm up and pointed his finger to the man. The dog suddenly attacked the man's other hand and bit it, revealing the silver in the dog's mouth that he attempted to use against Katya.
He punched the dog into a separate grave, forcing him to shift back to his human form, Sookie immediately ran to his aid. Katya popped out her fangs and growled as a burnt Bill collapsed to the ground, after helping Sam, they both ran to Bill.
Katya kicked the man's face with her black, sharp, pointed heel. It was stained with his dark red blood.
"Silver? Low blow. Even for you."
The man's eyes widened as she brought her foot up and jammed the sharp heel into his eye, eventually piercing his brain due to the amount of force she used. It even caused some difficulty to pull it out. She wiped his fresh brains on his dirty clothes and sped towards Bill and the rest.
She bent down and grabbed his ashy head, none of his real self was visible, he was completely charred. She picked up his body and brought him under the shade of a tree, it would take too long to speed to his house in the amount of time he had left.
She popped out her fangs and bit her wrist, she placed it on Bill's mouth and he began to slowly drink. The ash began to fall from his body revealing his peachy skin. He grabbed her arm as he fed and moaned at the deliciousness of her blood, blood that rivaled Sookie's.
She had to force it off of his mouth as she felt her body get more and more weak, he had drank way too much. The light was on Bill's skin and he felt ethereal as he basked in the sun's warm rays. He laughed and picked up Sookie, hugging her, happy that she was safe, was next to her, and had conquered a vampire's worst enemy. He comforted his love and assured her safety.
"Thank you." Smiled Bill to Katya. "So much." He grabbed Sookie, kissed her forehead, and sped away with her.
Katya was still sat, grabbing her wrist in pain, she struggled to even get up. Sam walked over to her and looked down onto the struggling vampire hybrid. He sat down next to her and pulled off her jacket, Katya couldn't even fight him.
He placed it over his manhood and sighed. He bent his neck to the side and began to speak. "If you drink too much," He sniffed and rolled his eyes. "I won't hesitate to grab the silver."
Katya laughed and popped out her fangs.
