Chapter 23 Slept Off

When we get home, my driver open the car door for me. I open the door to the living room to find it empty. My mom already left today morning to her so called business trip problem which I don't know about, I know what she was trying to get at, if it was before, I shake my head at that though, this feeling is only going to be temporary, I want her close to me just for a month and two weeks nothing more though, so that she will be able to learn fast if she isn't scared of me. I walk into the living room and look around but I couldn't find her. Sir miss has being in your room all day, a maid said to me with her head bow, I dismiss her. In my room, I thought and shake my head before walking up the staircase. I felt a hand around my waist when on way to my room.

Olivia not tonight I said removing her hands but she tighten her hold on me. Please T, she plea, what wrong with you Olivia, I ask even thought I kind of know the answer. You've been ignoring me because of her, right, she ask with tearful eyes. I let out a chuckle, I never picture you for the cry baby type.. That what she did to gain your attention, so what wrong in also doing that, she said pouting her kissable lips. I peck her lips, I pull away and look into her eyes, remember, you're only here to satisfy my need don't get attached to me or I will get raid of you, I said coldly and pull her hands away from me. I unlock my door and went in. I find a busy Nikk reading hard, she did not even notice when I walk in.

Hey, I sit down beside her and she jolt away from me, she hit my chest when she see it me and take in a deep breath. You scared me, she said hitting me once again. I let out a chuckle, those who does that, I wonder where they're now, my thoughts though, I can't let her hear that. Let go eat, I said taking off my suit. Go ahead, I will meet you, she said not raising up her head from the book again. I change into a comfortable clothes and drag her with me even when she keep hitting my arm in the process telling me to let her go that she had a lots of works. When I get to the dinning room, I pull out a chair for her beside me and ask the maids to serve us.

So mean, she said pouting her lips grumpily. How's it going, I ask her. I only reads and memories five chapters, she said not looking at me. Hmm, I ask her a question, she answered. I keep asking her question while she keep answering, I know it not good to take while eating but we got to do this. Wait you're asking me questions regarding the pages I read, how did you know them, she ask looking at with glittering eyes. You only read five chapters and am not that dumb like you, I smirk at her, she frown and throw her spoon at me, idiot, she said and stand-up from her sit, I let out a deep chuckle that vibrate all over the dinning room. It means she isn't that scared of me. I can see some maid shock and froze when they see what took place but I could care less. I went back into my room when am done eating to see Nikk still busy with her book, I lay down on my bed and stroll true my phone, I check my emails. I don't know how long has pass, when I check the time, it almost twelve. I look at Nikk to see her resting her head on the table, she already slept off.
