It had been a week without Goose and I thought I was going mad, all I could think about was him, thankfully there was one day until he returned and Bradley, Charlie and Amy had taken me to the beach.
Me and Charlie sat on the sand as Bradley and Amy talked beside us,
"You look beautiful Amy" Bradley said
"Thank you Bradshaw" Amy grabbed his hand and said "we have to go to the water!"
"Let's go!" He shouted smiling.
"I bet they will end up together one day" Charlie looked at me
"Maybe, but they're only kids" I dug for the food "shit Charlie did you bring watermelon?"
"I ate it all dumbass" Charlie licked her lips mockingly, we both laughed
"You little pig."
That night I was called for a mission with my teammate George, me and him walked down the hallway
"Hey Phoenix"
"Yes George?" I rolled up my sleeves
"Are you excited about the mission?" He said trying to keep up with me
"A little, although it's like usual" I laughed.
I hopped into my plane and tested the mic
"George? You can hear me right?"
"Always" he stared at me through the glass,
"Uh ok" I secured my helmet. I flew through the sky, searching for the enemy
"Shit he's got missile-lock on me" George said
"I'm coming, I don't think he'll actually shoot though he's just trying to piss us off" I flew around and flew above him
"What are you doing there?" George squinted through the glass
"Just pissing him off a bit more" I stuck my middle finger up and laughed, the enemy plane flew back and George said "mission accomplished!"
The next morning I picked up Bradley and walked down the halls with him in my arms, George quickly came to us
"Hey Alissa! Your son is really cute"
"Thank you" I said stroking Bradley's hair. I was sat in the diner of the airport with Bradley as we awaited Goose, I suddenly saw the plane land and I grabbed Bradley's hand
"Come on sweetie let's go and see daddy!"
"Honey!" Goose ran to me and held my waist
"Goose! How was it?"
"Great, but I missed you terribly" he kissed me and looked down at Bradley "Sweetie!" He hugged Brad and held our hands. I woke up to see Goose shirtless, looking around the room
"Honey? Where's your shirt?" I laughed sitting up in bed
"I don't know" he laughed and said "bet your enjoying the view anyway"
"Not saying I'm not" he ran over and kissed me
"Come and catch me then!" He ran around the room and Bradley followed him laughing.
