We've all arrived in the spacious dining hall. We're in the same place where we had supper last night, with a long table, candlelight, and wildflowers. We, as well as the Juniors and Senior wizards, have our own tables in the vicinity.
Malalayo ang bawat agwat sa pagitan namin at Juniors habang ang mga seniors ay medyo nalalapit lang sa Juniors dahil kakarampot lang din naman ang bilang nila. May mga ibang seniors din na pakalat kalat sa iba't ibang dako ng lamesa. Binabantanyan at binibisita ang bawat lamesa ngunit ang iba sa kanila ay pumupunta lang sa ibang lamesa para makipagchismisan tulad ng isa sa table namin.
"So Kae, what really happened in the last scene?" Serene inquired for the umpteenth time.
"Luh near tayo? maka-Kae ah." he said, biting a large portion of his dinner. I have no idea what that food's name is, and I don't particularly care. But it's delicious because the foods inside are worthy.
"Near?" Even Ice is confused by his twin language.
"Near! Aba close ba. Tanga ampota."
"Ah gano'n ba?" Serene threatened him.
"Aba nanakot!" said Kae as he saw Serene lift the knife beside her sister's plate. "Joke lang senpai! ito naman hindi mabiro," he exclaimed hurriedly after avoiding the knife, which Serene had really thrown at him.
Nagsitawanan naman ang mga taong nasa lamesa namin habang pinanonood ang dalawang magsagutan. Sinundan ko kung saan napunta 'yong kutsilyo dahil nailagan ito ni Kae. Dahil nasa harapan ko si Kae, tumingin ako sa likod nito at nakitang hawak hawak na ito ng isang babae. Base sa kadenang masisilayan sa suot nitong porma, isa rin ito sa seniors namin.
While putting down the knife, she also stares at me. I recognize her face, but I'm not sure Serene has introduced us to her. She backcombs her hair before giving me a seductive look. I returned the stare by looking at her blankly before returning my gaze to my plate.
"Ohh, 'yon pala nangyari." Shun remarked.
When I gaze at them, it appears that Serene and Kae's dispute is over. I didn't even pay attention to his explanation.
"What happened again?" I asked Kae. Natigil ito sa pagsubo at hindi makapaniwalang tumingin sa'kin.
"May parada raw bukas sabi ni Demi." Kaede said to me bago isubo ang kaninang dapat niyang gagawin.
I'm perplexed by their actions. Demi has joined Ice and Yeji in laughing.
"Are y'all fucking with me?" I questioned impatiently, giving them a glare.
"Umuubo ako ah!" - Ice
"Sabi ko nga mananahimik ako." -Yeji
"Hindi ako tumatawa, humihinga lang ako. Ganito talaga ako huminga." - Demi
"Uy, sagutin niyo na 'yan." - Maxille
"Madadamay pa ata kami." - Shun
"Hoy! sino nagbukas ng DM diyan?! Aba lumalamig!" - Kaede
After smacking his brother on the shoulder, Ice whispers to his twin, "Tangina mo Kae, do you want to die right now?"
I looked at both of them before focusing on "Ice," as I addressed him. I didn't have to look at him and demand answers because he states himself clearly.
