"Psst! Snowfall! Snowfall! Wake up!" A prodding in her side and harsh whisper awoke the white Apprentice from her peaceful slumber. She grumbled and lifted head seeing her sister was staring at her down at her.

"What? Is it time to leave already?" She asked with a yawn and raspy tired voice. Surely we can't be leaving now! I don't even feel like I got a quarter of the nights worth of sleep! Moth this better be good.. Her golden furred sister shook her head. Snowfall groaned rolling her eyes and put her head back down at her paws. "Then what was the point of waking me up? I was having a lovely dream just now!"

"Come with me." Moth said to her looking over her shoulder towards the tunnel. Oh no, nuh uh. Snowfall narrowed her pale blue-gray eyes.

"What for? If we're not leaving, I wanna sleep, and get as much as I can before we do!" She grunted curling back up.

"Please Snowfall?" Her sister begged.

"Ugh, you know what? Fine! I got no point to go back to sleep since I can't even finish my dream." She begrudgingly sighed as she got up to follow her sister out. Snowfall didn't even bother to see if all the Apprentices were accounted for in the den. She was just annoyed she would never know the end of her dream.

As she followed her sister out into the where all the adult wolves were sleeping, she noticed the faint glow of moonlight lightly illuminate the clearing. Another thing she saw were the shapes of wolves out there as well, which almost instantly raised the flight of curiosity as to why her sister woke her up.

Creeping their way out Snowfall began to recognize the pelt colors of the wolves in the clearing. Oh no..

"Moth.." She growled looking over at her sister before stepping out.

"Yes??" Moth said in a overly clueless voice. Snowfall frowned and felt the very strong urge to attack her out of annoyance but resisted the urge and only groaned feeling herself blush.

She knows she's terrible...

"Okay I'm here guys!" Moth called in a low voice to the others there; Basil, Bramble, Maple and of course, Alder. It's a real wonder why she woke me up to come out here..

"Glad you could join us!" Basil said in a somewhat sarcastic tone before fixing her head on the sky above.

"What are we doing exactly?" Snowfall asked looking at all of them.

"Stargazing; Bear's claw moon is tonight." Maple told her as she walked over to the two sisters and brought them over to where she and the other three Apprentices were lying down at. While walking there Snowfall saw Basil and Bramble great them with grins, but the wolf she had her focus on looked back for a moment, grinned, and went back to stargazing. "We're all just lounging out here gazing at the night sky."

Snowfall sighed to herself and looked at Alder as she laid down between Moth and Maple. Stars and moon won't be the only thing I'll be gazing at..

"I bet the stars won't be the only thing you're going to be gazing at and being mesmerized by." Moth whispered very quietly to Snowfall whipped her head to the left glare at her sister as though she read her thoughts.

"Shh! Shut up Moth!" She growled in her sisters ear.

Moth snorted and just smugly grinned and flopped onto her side and fixed her gaze upwards to the sky with her light green eyes. Snowfall sighed shaking her head and reached her forepaws in front of her and gazed at the sky like the others were doing. Her eyes grew wide when she saw just what she was looking at. Directly glowing bear's claw moon, hanging in the sky and the constellates of stars gathered around it faintly lighting up the night sky. Twinkling and blinking in and out in the dark. The numbers were innumerable of how many there seemed to be, it was utterly beautiful and stunning. Not a cloud in the very dark shaded purple and blue iridescent colors. The way the colors seemed to fade into one another, light and dark, were just so breathtaking. She felt like she could be carried away by them in the vastness of their beauty and her eyes just be lost to the sight of them.
