Shadow's Matchmaking

(Restaurant Booth)

Shadow sits beside Tails Who's sitting beside Sonic in a curved booth at the corner of the restaurant

Soon Rouge arrives and sits down with them

[Rouge]
Hey boys, how's it going?

[Sonic]
It's going great Rouge nice to see you

[Rouge]
Nice to see you three as well

Shadow texts with his phone under the table while he rests his head on it

Rouge slides in next to Shadow and pulls out her phone as well

[Shadow & Rouge's Texts]

Shadow: Dude this is so awkward

Rouge: Oh come on you got this

Shadow: I do not have this

Rouge: Just try and make a move

Shadow sighs and takes a breath

[Shadow]
Hey Sonic?

[Sonic]
Hold that thought Shadow I gotta take a dump, I'll be back though

As Sonic walks away he turns back with a big smile and winks at Shadow with a thumbs up

Then turns back around and continues walking

Shadow sighs and slams his head onto the table

Rouge pats Shadow's back

[Rouge]
Don't give up yet Shadow you still have a chance to clear this up

[Shadow]
Yeah but this was such a nice place I wanted to try and make a move here

Tails raises an eyebrow confused

[Tails]
What are you guys talking about?

[Shadow]
I like Sonic

Tails gasps seeming to be happy

[Tails]
Really??

[Shadow]
Yeah, Rouge was supposed to help me but as you probably already know Sonic thinks I have the hots for Rouge

[Tails]
Yeah he told me that he thought you liked her so I came here to help him get you two together

[Shadow]
Yeah, he's an idiot, I mean I literally showered with the bastard and he thinks that shit was just a joke

Tails and Rouge both look at Shadow with shocked expressions

[Tails]
You did what? with my brother?

[Shadow]
Get over it pip squeak he doesn't think it meant anything anyways

Shadow slouches back in the booth cushions and mopes
