Lunch~

Ranboo entered the lunchroom, instantly being swarmed by around 35 people, all of them talking at once.

Ranboo forced a smile, answering the questions he wanted to and ignoring the ones he didnt.

The larger the crowd, the easier it was to ignore said questions. He'd just blame it on getting lost in the group's other chatter.

Ranboo grabbed his lunch and found the football team's table. He sat down next to Purpled and sighed as the group followed.

"Being popular finally wearing you down, Captain?" One of the football players asked.

Ranboo laughed lightly.

"God, I cant wait for graduation."

"Still got a while there, Ranboo." Another team member chimed in.

"We'll miss you next season, though. You'll have to visit."

Ranboo smiled.

"Will do. I'll miss seeing you guys." He said, scanning the faces of his teammates.

"Aw. Ranboo's so nice," one of the observers chimed.

"Yeah. He's so sweet."

"Bet he tastes sweet too."

A few girls giggled at the remark of their friend.

Ranboo only shook his head, being used to being talked about like he couldnt hear. A part of him wished he would just out himself completely. Everyone thought he was bi, since he had been seen with both guys and girls while drunk at parties, but he was really only interested in guys. And he was sure there was fewer guys into him than there were girls.

"Hey, Mark!" A familiar voice called.

Everyone gasped and turned to look at who had just entered.

"Dream!" They all shouted.

Ranboo looked up, startled.

"Clay? What are you doing here?"

Clay smiled, taking a seat next to Ranboo.

"Just come to say hi to my little brother." He said, patting Ranboo on the back.

The crowd awed and started up the questions.

"Are you and Gogy still together, Dream?"

"Did you call Ranboo 'Mark'?"

"You two are, like, power siblings."

They both ignored the surrounding people and continued talking.

"Do you want anything to eat?" Ranboo asked.

Clay shook his head.

"Nah. Me, Nick, and George just got back from lunch."

"Aw! How sweet!" Someone called.

"Oh. Cool… So… what's the special occasion? Why are you here?" Ranboo asked, still skeptical. Clay would normally just wait until Ranboo got home to tell him stuff.

Clay grinned, offering a shrug.

"Well… I just wanted to be the first… to congratulate you on getting first place in the National Science Fair!" Clay said, handing him a paper.

Ranboo's heart skipped a beat. He eagerly grabbed the paper.

"Are you serious??"

Clay nodded.

"Yep! Just came in this morning after you left."

"Oh my god…" Ranboo whispered, scanning over the comments on his work.
