"Stop!" Suway ko rito.

Sinubukan kong tumakbo palayo pero agad niya akong nahuli. Conrad hugged me from behind and showered me with kisses all over my face.

"Seriously, stop. You're distracting me from cooking." Sabi ko pa rito.

"Give me a kiss first." Utos nito. Napangiti naman ako rito at hinalikan na lamang yung labi niya.

"I'll prepare the table, my lady." He said with a sweet tone.

Binuksan ko yung oven at kinuha yung steak ko. I made steak frites, tagliatelle and some pico de gallo. We're just having a red wine for drinks.

Kinuha ni Conrad yung mga pagkain at siya na rin yung naglagay sa table. Tinanggal ko yung apron ko at umupo na sa pwesto ko, sumunod naman siya at dala dala yung wine. Magkatabi kami ng upuan habang nakaharap sa may sala kung saan may malaking open window na kita yung view ng dagat sa gabi.

"Let's eat." I said to him.

I took a sip on the wine first then went ahead to eat. Mmm, I missed steak frites and my mom's tagliatelle. I tried copying my mom's recipe on the pasta.

"Mmmm. This is so delicious, Blair. I wasn't expecting you could really cook." Hindi makapaniwala niyang sabi.

"I told you, you'll fall in love with my cooking." Pang asar ko rito.

"I think I fell in love more with the chef." He said then gave me a smile. Lumapit ito sakin at hinalikan ako ng mariin sa labi.

"Do you want to go swimming tomorrow? Or maybe go to town?" Pagtataka niya.

"We can go to the town. I can't enjoy going to the beach since I can't swim yet due to my neck injury." Paalala ko.

"I'm sure there's a lot of things we can do that you'll enjoy."

I'm starting to like my stay here. It's peaceful when nobody knows who you are. This is what I really needed after what happened.

"Conrad... I need to tell you something."

Napatigil naman siya sa pagkain at humarap sakin. He held my hand and waited for me to speak.

"I'll be honest, Blair is not really my name. I used my grandmother's name to hide my identity."

"I was afraid that you'll drag my to jail when we first met that's why I didn't gave my real name."

Natawa naman kami parehas sa sinabi ko.

"What's your real name then?" Pagtataka nito.

"Sofiel Astrid Y. Carter."

Napakunot yung noo niya. "Wait like the—-"

"Drag racer? Yeah, I am that Astrid." Pagputol ko.

"That explains how you could drive that fast." Hindi makapaniwala nitong sabi.

"Is there anything more? I mean wow. I just can't believe I'm with Astrid. " masaya nitong sabi.

"I-I uh....I ran away because... "

"Because..."

Shit. Hindi ko masabi na I had a miscarriage. I don't feel okay talking about it. Naalala ko nanaman ang lahat. I just want that pain to stop.
