The drive to the house was very tense. Cain had both an iron grip on the wheel and my hand.
When we pull up to the gate I was in shock, two people had let us in and I stared out the window in amazement.
We pulled up to a house— if you could even call it that. It was huge, big enough to house at least over a hundred people.
We climb out of the car and are met with Kai and Devon.
"Come on." Cain says
I stay close to Cain as we walk into the house.
"Cam said they're in the medical ward." Kai says
"Did you get any info on what they even are?" Cain asks
"No idea yet."
Cain nods.
We walk through the house and get greeted by many people. The looks I get aren't glares, they're looking at me with the same respect they give the Cain, Kai and Devon.
We walk through large double doors and I'm hit with the strong smell of antiseptic.
"Alpha! Beta!"
A short woman comes towards us.
"Dr. White." Cain says
"Thank goddess you're finally here, our new arrivals are not giving us-"
A loud scream erupts from down the hall.
"Would that be one of them?" Kai asks
"Yes." The doctor says
"Bring us to them." Cain says
She nods and starts walking.
"We had to put them in two different rooms, there were too many people trying to restrain them to have both of them in the same room."
"You two go with one of them, we'll go with the other." Cain says
Kai nods.
Another scream comes from the room a few doors down.
"H-He sounds like he's in pain." I whisper to Cain
"He definitely is, we can't administer any pain medication without using force because he won't work with us. He's just fighting against us which is causing way more pain." Dr. White says
"Bring us to him." Cain says
We follow the doctor to the room and just as she opens the door the boy lets out another scream.
"Goddess." Cain mumbles
When we walk in, I'm in complete shock. The boy really was messed up, he was in clear pain and fighting against the men trying to hold him down.
"No touch me! No touch me!"
He kept screaming that over and over again.
