Yumenosaki Private Academy. Amongst most students, you didn't particularly stick out in any aspect besides appearance. You didn't participate in the famed 'idol course,' but instead took normal classes and put in an adequate amount of effort. There wasn't much of a reason to do most of the work as no one cared, but you preferred to keep yourself busy so people around you wouldn't bother you too much."(L/n), you look beautiful today!" Your friend, Sanami, raced up to you with a gleeful expression.
"Same to you," you smiled and pat the girl's head. Over the years, you had grown fond of Sanami's company and viewed her as a comrade and close friend.
"Those boys are talking about you again," she rolled her eyes, "saying all this disgusting stuff about you. Can you believe it? They're nothing more than disgusting pigs."
"You sound like the student council," you sighed. "There's nothing I can do about it. I've tried telling them off but it only made matters worse. All they want from me is a reaction— if I give them one they'll never leave me alone."
"It just doesn't feel right," Sanami pouted. "You shouldn't be enrolled in a class with all these idiots. Oh! Maybe you should apply for the idol course!"
"Absolutely not." You turned her down instantly. "I've heard there's no girls in that course. You think that I'm interested in partaking a class with even more boys in it— and you're not even going to be there, so I won't have any actual friends."
"(L/n)... you really should do it," Sanami laughed. "There's no need to worry, I'm sure you'll find someone."
"(L/n) (Y/n), please come to the student council office~" a pink haired boy poked his hair through the doorway. Based off appearances, he looked like nothing more than a small child, but you knew that this school contained a variety of very strange and disturbing people. The best course of action was to never trust anyone based off appearances. Tori Himemiya. One of the members of the student council, known as looking down on others and in some cases, calling them vulgar words in an overwhelming sense of extreme superiority.
"Alright," you stood up from your desk and walked over to him, following him down the hall.
"Honestly, I don't know why they forced me to come," Tori pouted, "there's no point of wasting my time on pigs like you guys."
"I apologize that you had to go out of your way," you replied in an impartial tone, knowing that acting up would just lower his opinion of you even more, which could become a major problem since he was in such a high position of power.
"Hmm, so you won't fight back!" Tori hummed. "People like you are the most intelligent. If only more of you existed instead of these people constantly screaming and crying when I tell them the truth."
And so you were led into the student council office.
Skipping over the basic formalities, the student council president Eichi Tenshouin had one main thing to say to you. Without an iota of sympathy or emotion, he simply said— "As of today, you're being transferred to the idol course. More specifically, class 3-A. This class contains me and four other students, all of course being idols."
