"Morning Lani" I hear Keoni say.
I turned around and saw Keoni laying down next to me in bed. "Keoni, what are you..."
He cuts me off and kisses me. I feel him place his warm hand against my cheek as he deepens the kiss. He pulls away and smiles.
"You and I are meant to be Lani" he said. "It's always been us. How can you not see?"
He slightly sits up and hovers over me. He brushes the tips of his fingers against my cheek and down my collarbone. My breath quickens when he leans down and I feel his warm breath run down my neck, sending chills down my body as he slowly pulls at the strap of my top.
"Keoni" I whisper but I can't help but melt at the feeling of him on top of me. Feeling every part of my body.
"Keoni-" I look at him.
"I... love... you..."

I jerk out of my sleep and gasp. It was just a dream? It felt so real. Even my dream life is complicated.
I got out of bed and headed into the bathroom and locked the door behind me.
The truth is, everything's gotten more complicated ever since that kiss. A kiss I can't stop thinking about. A kiss that's literally invading my dreams. It's invading everything.
Once I finished my shower, I walked out with a towel wrapped around my body and bumped into Keoni. "Oh, sorry, um..."
"Uh, morning." He said
"Hi." I say before closing the bathroom door behind me.
"How'd you sleep?"
"Fine."
"Great." He chuckled
"No dreams." I blurted out.
Someone save me.
"Excuse me. Excuse me, excuse me, excuse me." Akio said rushing past Keoni and I and going into the bathroom.
"Hey, um, you excited about the volleyball tournament today?" Keoni asked.
"Lani!" Akio yelled before swinging the bathroom door open. "Why do you keep leaving your hair on the shower wall?" He said holdinf a ball of my hair with his two fingers.
