The gurney's both holding two completely different people in both gender, race, and surprisingly social status.
"How long have they been out now?" Cisco asked after taking the red lollipop out of his mouth, once again asking the same question he'd asked every day for the last week.
Causing the only other conscious person in the room, otherwise known as Dr. Caitlin Snow, someone he'd been working with for a multitude of years, to look at him deadpanned.
The woman growing tired of his repeated question about the two they'd been tasked to watch over after the incident, one of which being Barry H. Allen.
A man, who'd been struck by lightning the night whilst working in a crime lab after S.T.A.R LABS started the particle excellerator in an attempt to change the world, only to have it literally explode in their faces.
"Roughly eight months, two days, seventeen hours, twenty-four minutes, and forty one seconds give or take." Caitlin responded monotonously as she glanced down to the watch that adorned her wrist, before going back to checking the pair's vitals.
On the other gurney three feet from Barry, was Auristela Aveline, the multi-billionaire orphaned daughter of the deceased Terrence Power and Amarah Aveline.
Who'd been apart of a plane crash due to it being struck by the same lightning that struck Barry, both of which being caused by STAR LABS, which had ultimately gotten them in that very building.
Being treated by the very people that almost caused their deaths.
"This is totally losing it's fun." Cisco muttered to himself at first he'd thought it'd be kind of cool to play doctor as an engineer, but he quickly realized why he didn't choose that career field.
However only throwing her partner another annoyed glanced, the conscious pair only feel into comfortable, yet bored, silence.
Although it seemed that would only last a few seconds, before the lights int he room began flashing and flickering around them, along with Aristela's E.K.G machine.
Which started to let out a continuous dull beat, telling anyone who was around to hear it that the young Aveline was somehow flatlining.
Which quickly threw Caitlin and Cisco into motion, however neither acted as normal hospital doctors would have.
"She'd coding again." Caitlin spoke as she rushed forwards quickly starting to tamper with the E.K.G, making sure the entire thing didn't over load due to access power.
Cisco, on the other hand immediately stood up straight rushing around the main computer console and over to his usual computer.
Before swiftly beginning to type on it, doing his job of redirecting the new sudden source of barely controllable power that was currently being flooding into STAR LABS power banks.
