   Hayden was fast catching up with his studies even though it was initially difficult. It was hard trying to get over the hurt from Keila. She had acted as if all their time together meant nothing to her, but now he was less worried since months had passed.

   Thoughts of Keila always ran through his mind when he was idle and he felt pained that his strongly once built love life had crumbled in the face of problems. Thus he buried himself in his books and outings with his friends.

   But since he had stopped talking to her for over months now, he was able to move on. He read like he had always done and went out to play games with friends when he could. He didn't want to have time brooding over the pains he went through.

   He just finished his evening class when he remembered he wanted to go out with his friends. They wanted to go clubbing where a popular artist was having his show. Hayden loved the artist too and didn't want to miss out.

  "Heyyo", Bernie walked up to him after class.

  That was the friend he interacted with mostly after he advised him to free up a little bit, they became closer after that.

  "Hi Bern".

  "You good?".

  "Yeah, the class was just exhausting".

  "Practicals are much better than having to sit hours and listen to boring lectures".

  "You find them boring too?", Hayden asked with a shocked expression.

  "Yeah why looking surprised, who doesn't?".

  "Oh guy, you always looked as if you enjoyed the fucking classes and at times I wished I were you, but damn this confession", they both laughed.

  "The club right?" Bernie asked.

  "Sure, but I'm not staying all night".

  "Not me either, gat some notes to catch up with, to ease my practical works".

  "I like your focus", Hayden whined.

  "Fuck you. We both know you focus more than I do".

Hayden chuckled in recognition and they went to their respective lockers to dropped their books, then went off.

   "Elena", Hayden said sounding amused.

  "Hi, it's been a while. You didn't even call".

  "Well, I'm sorry, been busy yunno the way it is".

  "Hmmn, excuses", she giggled. "How have you been?".

  "Just fine and you?.

  "I'm good too. Studies?".

  "Stressful and boring, but sure coping".

  "Just wanted to give my greetings".

  "Thanks a lot dummy", they both laughed.

  "You're out?", she seemed to notice and asked from the underground music she heard.

  "Uhh yeah, just clubbing with friends".

  "And girls?", she joked.

  "Nah, I'm not shady".

  "I've always known you not to be, but you could be longing for ".

  "I'm okay".

  "So how is the situation with your girl?".

  "Hmmmnnh just fair".

  "There seem to be some unsaid stuffs under your statement".

  "Elena, we just moved on, we can talk about it sometimes later".

  "Cool, sorry about that".

  "It's fine".

  "Have a nice time guy".

  "I will try and thanks for checking up on me".

  "It's nothing, bye".

  "Bye", Hayden answered and waited for her to hang up.

  "Another babe uhh", Fred winked at Hayden as he dropped his phone.

  "Man gats move on so fast, smart", Drake added.

  "You guys sound unreasonable right now", he laughed and they did too.

  "Who was that?" Bernie peered in also.

  "A friend", he muttered.

  "A friend!", they all shouted after him and erupted into laughter.

  "Guys, I'm done", he dramatically picked his phone and walked a distance away and bumped into someone.

  "Hi sorry", he apologized quickly.

  "It's nothing Hayden".

  It was then he noticed who he had bumped into. The light rays were backing her so he couldn't notice quickly but she could see him better.

  "Hi, it's been a while", he said with a hint of sarcasm.

  "I know you must detest me right now", Rowena smiled.

  "If you think I have reasons to, then yeah".

  "We can talk some other time".

  "I have nothing to say with you", Hayden said abruptly.

  "I'm very sorry".

  "You have done your worst and it's all in the past now".

  "I know right and I was wrong. Whatever happened was all my fault".

  "If only you could give this explanation to who you made me loose".

  "Can we have this conversation a better time?".

  "You started it anyways, see you", he said already provoked and turned back to his table of friends who kept on looking as if a god had fallen.

  "What?", he questioned after sitting.

  "Another friends?!", they chorused.
