y/n's pov

i get waken up by a phone call, moving my hand around my bed to find my phone. i pick it up, squinting my eyes to see olivia calling me at 12:53am. "jesus," i answer the call. "hello?" i say, waiting for olivia to talk. there was chatter on the other end, before olivia talks. "y/n!" she says excitedly. "why're you calling me at 1? shouldn't you be asleep or something?" "no! i'm at matt's house." she says, slightly slurring her words. is she seriously drunk? "are you drunk? and who's matt?" i ask, more concerned about the first question. "a co-star, dummy!" i roll my eyes, smiling. "and no, maybe. actually, yes." olivia admits, making me sigh. "need me to pick you up?" i assume, already getting up from the bed as i stretch, still literally asleep. "yes pleeasseeee!" she says in a higher pitch. "okay, send me the address."

i start to drive out after typing the address in. 30 minutes later, i arrive at matt's house. i get out of the car, walking to the door. i knock, hearing faint music from inside. any time now. i look around, shoving my hands in my jacket pockets in attempt to warm them up. "shit, y/n l/n?" a boy who looks like the one on liv's instagram says as he opens the door. he was a little tipsy. "uh, yeah. hi. i'm just here to get olivia." i say, looking past him. "not here to join the party? shame!" he says, turning his body to face the inside of the house. "olivia!" he yells over the music. shortly after, olivia walks towards the door, just barely walking straight. "y/n!" olivia exclaims. she runs up to me, wrapping her arms around my neck. i hug her back, giving the brunette boy an awkward smile. "we should probably go now." i say to the boy, olivia still hugging me. "yeah, okay." he says. we talk for a few more seconds, before he closes the door.

olivia pulls away from the hug, instantly kissing me. i pull back after a second, shaking my head. "you smell like beer." i say. "because i drank some, duh!" olivia says, crossing her arms. "okay, let's go." olivia connects her arm with mine, walking into me as she can't walk straight. "you can't even walk straight." we walk down the small steps. "i hope you'll be the cause of that one day, y/n." olivia says cheekily. i scoff, smiling as i open the door for olivia. "get in, liv." i say. olivia bends down, getting in as she reclines the seat.

olivia lays in my bed, on the verge of falling asleep after brushing her teeth and taking off her makeup. "have fun with the hangover." i say with a grin. "shut up," olivia groans, and i realize she hasn't got changed. olivia only packed one outfit which she was wearing and her pyjamas, and both were both dirty. i go to my closet, finding the comfiest shirt, jumper and sweatpants i could find. i walk back to olivia, handing it to her. "too lazy," she says, closing her eyes. "want me to?" i ask. she gives me a nod, saying yes please. i smile, wrapping one arm around olivia's waist and taking off her jacket. i set her back down, both hands reaching for the hem of her shirt. i look up, seeing olivia relaxed, eyes still closed. i smile, pulling her shirt up. i place it in the basket beside the bed, picking up my shirt. i lift olivia up, eventually putting her shirt on.

i pull down her jeans, putting the sweatpants on. "y/n, my bra's uncomfortable." i look down at olivia, bending down again. "i can take it off if you want," i ask cautiously. "please." my hands reach under her shirt, travelling to her back. i find the bra clip, unclipping it. "you're a natural." olivia whispers. i smile. i place olivia's hands inside the sleeves, pulling her bra off, then taking her arms back into the sleeve. i place the bra in the basket, smiling at olivia.

laying on the other side of olivia, i place my hand on her cheek, leaning forward and giving her a soft kiss. "goodnight, liv. wake me up if you need to." i whisper. "goodnight, y/n. thank you." i give her one last kiss, which she doesn't return as she's too tired. i lay back down next to her, pulling the blanket up for olivia.

i scroll on twitter for a while, waiting for olivia to wake up. 'olivia making a playlist for her and y/n SCREAMING!' i read a tweet. i tap on the photo, it being a screenshot of olivia's exact playlist she made, thank god they blurred her username out. the tweet had almost 10k likes, and i scroll to the replies. 'they have good taste goddamn' 'STOPPP 'car rides with y/n <3' THATS SO CUTE' 'whats the username??' 'when is someone gonna make a playlist for me :((' 'anyone else think olivia's using y/n for clout??' i stop reading the replies, swiping out of twitter.

the time was now 11:43pm, olivia now just waking up. "morning, lover." i say, smiling as i turn off my phone. she groans, her hands going on top of the blanket. "stomach hurts so bad." she whispers. i stand up from the bed, getting out pills and water from my water bottle. "sit up," i say, handing it to liv. she takes it, drinking it. "thank you." she sits against the headrest, closing her eyes. "i can make you some hangover soup, timothee taught me." i suggest, watching liv nod tiredly. "okay, i'll be back."

after making it, i carefully bring the medium sized bowl of soup upstairs. "that was quick," olivia says, looking up at me. i nod, walking over to olivia. i place it in her hand, olivia picking up the spoon. "thanks a lot, baby." she says, smiling at me. "how is it?" i ask after she takes a spoonful into her mouth. a smile shows up, olivia nodding as she swallows. "woah, it's great! what's in it?" "a bunch of things, i'll show you how to make it some day." liv smiles, scooping some more.

"how's the first date going?" madelyn asks over my car speaker. "we literally just got into the car." i say, and olivia laughs as she buckles up. "hey olivia!" madelyn says. i start to reverse the car, listening to liv and madelyn's conversation. "you nervous for your first date?" madelyn asks. "oh yeah, i'm really nervous." olivia says, exaggerating as she smiles at me.

olivia and i walk side by side to the restaurant, arms touching each other. "no bodyguard?" olivia asks. "no, not for our date, liv! i want this to feel normal- at least to you." i answer, jinxing myself. "y/n!" a man says behind me. he jogs beside me, camera over his shoulder. "hi!" i reply, polite smile on my lips. "where you guys going tonight?" he asks as we continue walking. "on a date." i reply casually. "i'm kidding, just hanging out!" i lie, laughing. liv and the paparazzi laugh.

we walk into the restaurant as the paparazzi stays outside, eventually going away. "you jinxed it, y/n!" olivia says as we follow the waitress to our booked seats. we both sit down, menus in front of us.
