Burning Flame

Part 33

You wake up and fight blinding lights. You look around the room and see that you're in recovery girls room. You practically jolt out of bed at the last memory you had.

"Scar.." The name leaves your lips before you can catch it and you frantically scan the room. You relax when you see her laying in a bed next to you.

You nearly jump out of your skin when you hear glass breaking across from you. Your eyes lock onto a dark figure rummaging through, what you assume to be a medicine cabinet.

Seeing how your sister is still passed out and the figure is DEFINITELY taller than recovery girl you took it upon yourself to inspect the figure.

You go to get out of the bed and everything happens in slow motion. The second you took off the blanket a hospital remote goes flying, thinking you could catch it your eyes focus on it and you move to grab it, you must've been out for awhile because your legs get pins and needles and go out from under you.

You hit the ground with a thud and a groan but hey. You caught the remote. You quickly look at the figure to see two piercing white eyes stare right at you.

'Of course they heard that' You yell at yourself and slowly get up.

Once you were fully standing you could see that this thing was half your height making you feel very small.

"Oh good you're up!" A cheerful voice responds and the figure walks into the light. You had to physically catch your jaw from dropping.

"We have a lot to discuss you and I." Nephrite says.

You quickly look over from the door to Scarlet and Nephrite scoffs.

"Oh no one can hear me but you. We have so much to talk about but I'll leave you with a basic for right now. The ONLY reason you and your sister were able to summon me was because both Lilith and Lilian are "extensions" of my magic. You however, are a reincarnation of me." She says quickly and your brain tries to process all the information she's giving you.

"Oh shoot, less time than I thought I had. Contact me later and we'll talk more. Ciao." She says before vanishing into thin air.

"What....the....fuck?!" You whisper yell and look over at your sister who was still fast asleep. You hear the door open and see recovery girl walk in.

"Oh! You scared me dear I didn't expect either of you to be up yet." She says holding a hand over her heart.

"Sorry recovery girl. I think I had a nightmare." You lie and rub the back of your neck.

"That's to be expected, you and your sister went through some pretty traumatic training I'm told. I've already given an ear full to eraser." She says and you nod.

"Would it be alright if I-" She cuts you off.

"Oh yes! Please go visit Bakugo, please!! Boy has been driving me up a wall asking about you." She says before shooing you off.

You tried to walk but your heart seemed to take over your body and before you knew it you were sprinting to the dorms. You rush through the door to see everyone in the common area.

"Oh thank god!!" Mina says rushing to you. You catch her in your arms and everyone starts walking up to you.

"I was so worried I hurt you guys!!" Denki says and you ruffle his hair.

"Takes more than a few volts to knock us down Pika." You chuckle and he relaxes.

Bakugo walks downstairs and you're hit with déjà vu. He smiles at you and walks over, taking you into his arms.
