You finally made it out of boring middle school. You were so ready for the Entrance Exam for the High School your big sister had attended to become the number five hero! U. FUCKING A!!! You loved your big sister Scarlet aka The Demon Hero, Ember but with her having such a high hero ranking and being the second Rated-R hero, she was hardly home. And not that you minded, in fact you enjoyed the peace when she wasn't home.
"Shit! I'm gonna be late!" You say, looking at your phone and run off trying to catch a bus to U.A. but just missed it. "Damn it!" You say breathlessly, your hands on your knees trying to catch your breath that quickly left your lungs.
"Woah I didn't think your sister was rubbing off on ya!" You hear a voice coming from above you and dodge just in time for Hawks to land. You dust off your clothes glaring daggers at him. "Sorry kiddo misjudged the landing a bit." He chuckles looking at you rubbing the back of his neck. "Saw ya missed the bus. Need a lift?"
"Yeah.." You mumbled, embarrassed.
"Don't worry kid, I gotcha ya." He opens his arms to you and once he made sure your grip was firm enough, he took off.
Due to his speed you actually beat the bus that you missed to the school. Just in time to look around at your classmates and mingle. "Thanks Hawks." You say, quickly leaving his grasp and join the crowd of students before someone sees you with him. You sigh hearing some of the students gushing over the number three hero that's been in your life since your sister became the number five hero.
"Y/n?" You turn your head to see that unmistakable half red and half white hairdo. You gasp happily and run over to your childhood best friend, Shoto Todoroki. "ROKI!!!" You shout jumping into his waiting arms, hugging him. You giggle as he spins you around, careful not to hit anyone with your body. "Where the hell have ya been cold flame?!" You yell as he puts you back on your feet. "Family drama." He sighs rolling his eyes
"You're wearing that?" He asks as his eyes scan your body up and down. You didn't get uncomfortable as he scans you since you've known each other since you were born. He was like your brother.
"Roki, my outfit doesn't matter." You say fixing your hair, putting it up the best you could.
Shoto couldn't believe that his childhood friend was here at U.A., standing beside her felt unreal. But her outfit made him want to shield her from any unwanted looks.
You were wearing an orange crop top, small black shorts, and red tennis shoes. You knew that as soon as you activated your quirk it was better to have as little clothes as possible, to avoid tearing.
Shoto chuckles knowing he couldn't change your mind before any of this started. So he stood by your side with his hands in his pockets. "Whatever you say Angel." He laughs a bit hearing you hiss at the pet name he gave you when you were kids. He had accidentally called you that when you were playing. Thinking back, his exact words were.
"You're like my own personal Angel! Oh I know!! That's what I call you! Cold Flame and Angel The New Best Heros Known To Man!!"
You smile at the sweet memory. Or you were until you felt your body being shoved into Shoto as a spiky blonde haired kid made his way through the rest of the students.
"You alright Y/n?" Shoto asks you but you couldn't hear him as your body buzzed with rage.
"HEY SPIKY!!" The kid stopped looking back at you, his piercing red eyes looking directly at you, his expression annoyed.
"Did you say something' Extra?" His tone challenges you to say something again.
You smirk. "Yeah I did. Didn't your mother teach you proper manners? You say excuse me when going through a crowd or hmm I don't know, apologize after bumping into someone?" Your eyes never leave him.
