"I have Atlantis on high alert in case any attacks are launched. They will not get in without a fight." Aquaman told the League before sitting down.
Wonderwoman stood. "And the Team? Aqualad and Nightwing are co-leaders. With one of them out of the game, their functionality with go down."
Batman took her place. "Aqualad is fully capable of keeping his focus where it belongs, despite the recent revelation that Aquaman failed to inform any of us about."
"It is not my place to tell you of Kaldur's heritage." Aquaman frowned.
"But you kept it from Aqualad." Wonderwoman pointed out. "And he found out in the worse way possible."
"We're not here to discuss Aquaman's personal decisions." Martian Manhunter cut in.
"Perhaps we should focus on another issue within the Team." Zatara suggested. "Wraith has been suspended from the field for a month now and is not showing signs of improvement."
"What do you suggest we do?" Superman asked.
"I simply continue to stress the importance of her full cooperation, Superman." Zatara said.
Superman nodded. "I am working on it."
"And in other matters, the terrorist attacks in Karadan are wrecking the country. President Zargi has requested that his nation join the League's protection shield." Zatanna informed them.
"They are only joining us because of the terrorism. How are we to know they won't just flop out of the deal once we fix things?" Shazam questioned.
"It doesn't matter." Batman stated. "There are innocent lives in danger, our services there would be beneficial, whether we are allowed their permanently or not."
"All in favor of accepting the treaty?" Wonderwoman raised her hand.
Everyone else raised theirs as well.
"It is unanimous." Captain Atom announced. "I will go accept the treaty after the conclusion of this meeting."
Martian Manhunter stood. "Wraith and Superboy are at the door."
"Are they aware we are in the middle of a session?" Batman asked.
"Yes. It is a matter of security."
"Let them in." Wonderwoman nodded.
The doors swung open and the two heroes stepped in. Wraith's eyes immediately went to Zatara.
"Klarion has a spell on you. He's watching the League." She announced.
"What!?" Flash demanded.
"I can destroy it." Wraith told them, walking up to the table.
"How do you know this?" Black Canary asked.
"I-"
Superboy cut in. "She sensed it."
Wraith gave him a look, which did not go unnoticed by the others. Although they did not comment.
"When did this happen?" Batman inquired.
"I'm not sure." She replied, snapping her fingers.
Everyone in the room looked around as all magic functions in the room began to glow. Wraith turned bright blue, Zatanna turned white, Zatara turned white as well, but red smudged all around him, and Shazam turned bright yellow.
Wraith snapped again and a blue blast shot across the table, hitting Zatara and dissipating the red splotches.
"It's old magic." Wraith decided. "He's been infected for a while."
