Veronica's POV...
I push Archie away to see Jughead standing there with a shocked and hurt look on his face.
"Jughead it isn't what it looks like" I walk towards him, but he backs away. All I wanted to do was hold him and explain what was going on.
"You kissed Archie! How did it not?!" He shouts as tears begin to form in his eyes.
"Archie kissed me!" I say as I feel my own tears start to run down my cheeks.
"No Veronica you kissed me and told me that you wanted me back" Archie says and my jaw drops. I can't believe he'd blatantly lied to Jughead with me right here.
"You're lying, why are you lying to him?" I slap Archie multiple times and he just takes the hits. I couldn't help the anger bubbling in me.
"So you used me?" Jug asks in disbelief.
"I didn't use you! I love you so much!" I try and tell him but I could see that he wasn't believing me at all. Like out of all the lies you could believe it was one that was stated by Archibald Andrews.
"All this time you were waiting for Archie to come back. I was just a little place holder until he came running back to you" he shakes his head.
"Jughead please listen you me" I plead hoping he would push his stubbornness aside and hear me out.
"You're just like your father. I can't believe I thought for a second you were different. You're the same lying, conniving, criminal I knew you to be" he says and my heart drops further. That hurt even more than him not believing me.
"Really? That's how you feel?" I ask in utter disbelief.
"Jughead! Veronica!" I hear Toni and Cheryl running in the apartment gasping for air.
"We just heard Betty talking about how she set a plan to break you guys up using Archie and-" Toni stops once she sees what is going on.
"Veronica I-" Jughead starts but I stop him before he can get more than two words in.
"Get out!" I scream.
"Veronica please!" He walks towards me but I step back.
"Get the fuck out. Now!" I point to the door and he leaves immediately after.
"Ronnie" Archie reaches for me but I slap his hand away.
"This is your fault! I don't want you back! I never wanted you back! The one time I'm truly happy you had to ruin it! I hate you! I hate you! I hate you Archie Andrews!" I yell feeling myself get angrier at the insane ginger boy in front of me.
"Veronica I'm sorry" he apologizes, seemingly feeling bad. I wouldn't believe it though, he's been too good at manipulating.
"Get out Archie!" I tell him and he leaves without another word.
"Veronica are you okay?" Cheryl asks coming towards me hesitantly.
"Can you guys leave? I want to be alone" I say lowering my head.
"But you shouldn't be alone right now" Toni says.
"But I want to be, please" I look up at them with tears in my eyes.
"We'll be by in a bit to check on you" the both hug me and I savor it before locking the door once they leave.
My legs begin to wobble, until they fully give out. My back slides against the front door until I completely hit the floor. I start balling my eyes out and clutching my knees for dear life.
