Niall and Josephine kept kissing each other. Once Josephine wanted to take it to the next step Niall stopped kissing.
"Um" he cleared his throat.
"You don't want to sleep with me, do you?" she asked.
"I just .. I'm tired. Maybe next time" he said and laid down.
She sighed and laid down. Once she tried to cuddle with him, he tensed up but said nothing.

Morning arrived and Hannah walked toward the dining room for breakfast.
Josephine was sitting next to Niall. Once he noticed her presence he wrapped his arm around Josephine. Hannah tensed. If it was a month ago this one simple action wouldn't affect her. She would've been even happy and maybe Niall would've divorced her. But now she was not happy. She was .. jealous.

She took a step forward and courtesied. She then sat behind the table and began eating in silence. Few minutes later Niall stood up.
"Well I'm off to work" he said and kissed top of Josephine's head. He ignored Hannah's presence and walked out of the dining room.

"What did you do?" Josephine sneered.
Hannah rolled her eyes and didn't respond.
"Oh my poor Niall. He realized what a mistake he made by choosing you. I have told you before. I came here first. I married him first. Of course he wouldn't care much for you. He loves me. What he had with you was just a lust" Josephine said.
Hannah began smiling and leaned forward.
"Enjoy while it lasts" she said and stood up walking away.

"There you are my queen" Heather said once she reached Hannah.
"Is everything okay?"
"You need to choose a fabric for a new dress again. Another event is coming up."
"Didn't we had an event two days ago?"
"Yes my queen. But this is the Horan's kingdom anniversary."
"Fine" she sighed and walked to the tailor's room.

One week. It had been exactly one week since Niall let Josephine to come back. Meaning it has been one week since he has ignored Hannah and spent all his nights with Josephine. But not once he took it too far. Just a kiss. And while kissing all he imagined was Hannah.

The king and the queen were waiting for the ballroom doors to open.
"Niall" she said softly. He didn't respond. But his heart beat faster. He missed her voice. More particularly, he missed her voice calling him.
"We need to talk" she said quietly.
"Later" he finally said. It was his first word in seven days.
"But-"
"Later" he said again and the doors opened. They locked their arms together and walked inside. They sat on their thrones.

Another celebration. Everyone congratulated king Horan and thanked him for protecting their country. He smiled at everyone.
"It is my honor to be the king of this country. Every single one of you deserve a safe and a happy home. Me, the queen, and the guards will do our best to provide it for you." He raised his glass in the air. "Cheers" he said and everyone cheered.

"Happy home for everyone" Hannah muttered.
"But the king and the queen are not happy" she mumbled.
Niall let out a heavy breath. After a second he stood up from his seat and stood in front of Hannah offering his hand to her. "A dance?" he asked.
Hannah was confused but accepted his hand and stood up.

They walked to the center and began dancing slowly. Josephine was watching them and boiling in anger and jealousy.

The first few seconds they danced in silence. They stared at each other's eyes and danced slowly to the rhythm.
"why are you so cold to me all the sudden?" she whisper-asked.
He spun her around.
"I saw you with him the other night. His arm was wrapped around you."
"That was because I stepped on my dress and nearly fell. He protected me like any other guard would've"
He once again spun her around.

"It's not just that. It's .. the way you were looking in his eyes. You did everything for him Hannah. Not me. Him." he said and spun her around for the third time.
