I was bored one day on Animal Jam, I went to Mt. Shiveer to look for my friends when I see all the jammers in the server jumping on the frozen lake.
"What are you guys doing?" I typed, they came up with a variety of answers, but the most used one was, "If you break the ice, you get free rares!"
I decided I should join in too, I stepped on the ice and used the jump emote, the lake's surface started cracking more.
"KEEP JUMPING!" an arctic wolf said. "WE'RE SO CLOSE!!" I was pretty excited to get rares, I wasn't sure if it was just a rumor but I was excited nonetheless.
Suddenly, the ice started to break. You could see a black pit underneath all of the jammers. One bunny fell into the hole then everyone stopped jumping.
I backed up from the lake, I looked closely and saw glowing yellow eyes from underneath the ice. A long clawed arm peered from the ice and grabbed a snow leopard. This was when everyone started to panic.
"HELP, HELP!!" I saw some jammers scream as they were dragged into the depths by the arm. My character's tail got grabbed by the arm as it pulled him under. My screen went blank.
I heard the words echoing from my screen, "ENJOYING YOUR 'RARES'?" I tried to close out the tab but it stayed open, fading in from the darkness appeared a jammer, with a huge bloody smile, looking directly at me.
I was frozen in terror, something in my head told me to power off my computer, but I couldn't move. I felt like I was being watched. When all of a sudden, I blacked out.
