Standing in front of Kallias, all Eris could think was that He and Lilliana were very similar not only because they resembled each other but rather their temperaments and moods.

The room had this atmosphere which he couldn't describe maybe because there was too much tension and it wasn't the kind of tension that was fun or electrifying, this was the kind that signified anger that had been pent up for centuries so it was kind of dangerous.

And then at the center of it stood Lilliana, a storm raging in her eyes. Both the siblings similarly looked at each other, scanning head to to toe, however there was a difference between them. Lilliana scanned for any weapons, anything that was important to tell her the stance of her brother, while Kallias was looking for any injury. The difference was oh so clear and shocking. Why? Because this once in, Kallias seemed to look sorry or sad. The last time, Eris had caught such expression on his face was under the mountain, when the dozen children had been massacred.

"Kallias." She said, her expression quite wary.

"Are you okay?" Was all her brother replied with.

Lilliana scoffed in disbelief, no, it was more of the fact that she found it ridiculous hat he actually cared.

"Is that what you will ask me?" She asked.

Kallias began looking confused which also likely marked the start of Lilliana questioning his audacity.

"What?" Kallias asked, finally voicing out that confusion of his.

"Ahh, so you've gone deaf or maybe those two braincells you had also gave up. What I'm saying is that I can't actually believe the audacity you have for asking me if I am okay?" Her voice was very flat, so the insult must hurt more.

Eris looked around the room, nodding at certain points, finding the designs of the walls very interesting.

"Look, I don't think I catch what you mean?" Kallias replied, oh he was such an idiot.

"You don't catch what I mean?" She asked him.

Truly he was the king of idiots, and as per his role, he nodded his head. Eris was sure he could hear the hollowness inside the man's skull. It signified the lack of a brain.

Lilliana chuckled, looked at the floor and then back up.

"Fine, when you start to understand what I mean, we can talk." She laid down her cards on the table.

And then she turned to look at vivianne.

Kallias seemed to focusing and then-

"I'm sorry." He said

Lilliana who was walking towards Vivianne, stopped in her tracks.

"For what?" She said without turning to look at him.

"Everything." He said.

"At least you know that you've always been at fault." She muttered and grabbed Vivianne and dragged ber outside.

Which left the both of them together.

Eris looked at Kallias and sighed.

"So how are you?" He asked the man.

"I'm okay, fine more or less." Kallias replied, sighing.

"I suppose we all are fine, more or less." Eris murmured.

"So what happened?" Kallias asked him.

"Its a long story." Eris said.

"Even if it is, do tell me." The man insisted.
