He left the party unexpectedly
While it was still going strong
He wanted to stay longer
To sing the chorus to his favorite song
But his body was exhausted
And his soul was pinched thin
That night a glistening door opened
And he decided to step through
When they found him the following day
It was clear that he was gone
But the smile still upon his lips
Said he blissfully moved on
