"A-ahh, miss, I'm fine, I'm good, Yes I'm Lance, I just arrived, and who are you again? Have we met before?" Lamce asked like he didn't know her.
That doesn't make sense kaya kumawala siya sa pagkakayakap rito. "What do you mean, you don't know me? Are you freaking kidding me right now?" she asked, then she pointed herself. "It's me, Alexi Valerio, the one you met in a freaking dating app!" she said almost raising her voice.
How could he deny her?! What's with him?
For a moment he looked puzzled. "A-ahh, I guess only lame and desperate people would use such thing, and please I don't use any, so stop making such nuisance..." reklamo nito.
"Hey Lance, I'm confused. How could you not recognize me?" she asked.
He rolled his eyes. "Oh really? You're confused? Lalo naman ako, I just came here to met someone tapos bigla-bigla ka na lamang darating ang accused me of dating you, and made things worst, sa isang freaking dating app pa.." Lance said.
"You're a jerk!" tanging lumabas sa kanyang mga bibig.
He then smirked at her. "And you're a creep!" he said back and then left.
What the fuck just happened? Could someone tell her what?
"Oh my God! Alexieeeeee!" nagising sita sa kanyang muni-muni at bumalik sa huwisyo.
"You crazy little witch! What were you thinking?! Tumakbo ka palabas ng store with that unpaid necklace with you! Gusto mo bang makulong?! Buang ka talaga!" Deanna said looking irritated.
Tsaka niya kang na realize ang kamalian niya, oh my God, that's so stupid of her.
"I'm sorry... Tara bumalik na tayo dun.." she said.
"That was Lance you're talking to right? Both of you looked like arguing..." Deanna asked.
Umiling siya. "No, I thought kilala ko siya, but I was wrong..." mahina na lamang na aniya sa kaibigan na naniwala naman sa kanya kaagad.
"Gosh, nakakahiya you have to apologize to the manager Lexi, they also panicked and almost called some security, buti nalang napigilan namin..." Deanna said.
Hindi na siya sumagot pa at nang makabalik ay ilang beses siya g humingi ng tawad, good thing the manager wasn't tgat strict at all kaya pinalampas nalang nito and nagawa niya.
Okay, honestly that was so embarrassing, kilala pa naman siya ng mga tao doon, of course her father is a freaking politician in the city.
Her father is running as a governor, tapos gumawa siya ng bad impressions, she has to do something na pambawi.
"Lexi, okay ka lang ba kanina? Do you want some cold beverages? We could get one at mag relax na muna..." Nepthalie offered.
She smiled and nodded. "Yes, I think I need one. I must have gone crazy, jusko!" aniya.
The four of them went to the Starbucks and ordered some beverages just cool their mind. Hindi lang sarili niya ang kanyang pinahiya kundi pati ang mga kaibigan niya, what was she thinking?!
Tama nga si Lance, desperate siya. Her actions earlier made sense and it reflects her decision when she used the dating app.
She could have just waited for the right man to come in the right time, why force things to happen? 'It's better to wait so long, than to force things to happen...'
She will deactivate later when she gets home, that dating app decision is a mistake.
But if weren't that app, wala, hindi niya rin makikilala ang lalaking magugustuhan niya sa unang pagkakataon ng buhay niya.
