"hyunjinnie, I'm nervous"

"no don\t be I promise they will like you"

today is the day that seungmin gets to meet hyunjin's parents. hyunjin has already met seungmin's parents and proud to say that they love him so much

"we're here" they pull up in front of the gates waiting for the guards to open the big ass gate

"are you sure they will like me?"

"positive" oh boy...

hyunjin parked his car and they both got out to walk to the main front door

"are you ready?"

"I guess...?"

"ok... here we go" 

hyunjin open the door and got greeted by their maids. they walked to the kitchen where they found Mrs. Hwang cooking lunch and Mr. Hwang reading

"good after noon mom, dad"

"good after noon Mr. and Mrs. Hwang" seungmin bow to them

"hi son... is that THE seungmin you kept on talking about?" Mr. Hwang  asked teasingly towards his son 

"dad don't" hyunjin looked down, blushing

"have you eaten yet darling?" they heard Mrs. Hwang asked. they didn't know who she was asking so seungmin answered

"yes we al-" ohh...?

"I wasn't talkting to you. hyunjin, dear have you eaten yet?" Mrs. Hwang  glared at seungmin as he turned to hyunjin softening her expression

"uh... uhm- yes mom we already ate"

"that's good... I thought you brought a not only food hungry but also money hungry boy here"

"mom!" they couldn't believe their ears

"is she referring to me?" seungmin asked quietly 

"no seungm-" 

"yes I am referring to you. I know that you're only after my son's money. you're just adding up to his expenses"

"stop mom!"

"I wanna go home... hyung if you will excuse me please. it was lovely meeting you Mr. and Mrs. Hwang" seungmin softly smiled at them and was about to walk away but before he could he heard...

"I thought you were gonna bring jisung here *sigh* I even cooked him his favorite dishes. aren't you guys ever gonna get back together? unlike that boy you brought, he was nice, responsible, and polite. and he dress up nicely"

"jisung...?" seungmin didn't know that hyunjin's mother knows his bestfriend

"seungmin-"

"what was jisung to you?"

"min-"

"what. was. he. to. you."

"he's my ex"

"ohh.... I will be taking my leave. Mr. Hwang do you mind if I wait for a little outside your house? I'll be just waiting for my driver"

"of course honey. you can waiting in the living room if you want."

"oh no thank you... I uhm rather wait outside"

"seungmin-"

"you're leaving already? that's good. hyunjin don't even think about accompanying him, you'll waste your time and money"

seungmin couldn't take it anymore... he ran out, ignoring hyunjin's desperate shouts

"hon' that was too much!!!! I could see seungmin is a nice and polite kid. why would you do that?"

" I don't want him for our son. I want jisung"

"you can't force hyunjin into someone he doesn't want to be with, you should respect that. and why  do you mean about jisung dress up nicely? just because seungmin isn't the type to wear a skirt like jisung doesn't mean he he can't dress properly. I like his style... it's dandy"

"skirts won't look good on seungmin I don't like it" Mrs. Hwang said crossing her arms

"ok no you're lying. I think seungmin even looks better in skirts (I really do think seungmin looks better in skirts  bye) "

"what did you even see in that kid?" the couple was now fighting in front of hyunjin and he was happy that his dad is on his side

"they don't look good together and I bet you seungmin is only here for hyunjin's money. be honest"

"mom no!!! he won't even need my money because they're just as rich as we are!!!"

"see?! honey don't judge to quickly... look what happens"

"I'm sorry hyunjin-ah"

"you don't need to say sorry to me, you didn't do anything wrong to me. you should be apologizing to seungmin. you insulted him, badly"

"oh you should see if he is still outside. I wanna make things right"

hyunjin ran out so quickly and he was just right on time because he just saw seungmin opening the car door

"seungmin wait!!!" 

"oh...hi. what are you doing here? shouldn't you be inside, eating with them?"

"my mom is looking for you... she wants to say something to you"

"I'm sorry but I don't think I could go back inside nor see her. I'm offended, insulted and you didn't even defend me."

"I know seung that's why she's calling for you. she wants to apologize"

"I'm sorry. I really can't" seungmin didn't reply and got inside the car. and went off

hyunjin got back inside to tell his mother the heart breaking news

"I'm really sorry son. how about tomorrow we go to their house... you know where they live right?"

"yes mother"

"great now lets eat up and prepare"
