"Sir," Jarvis spoke softly, "Detectives Barnes, Odinson, hill, Barton and Romanov are here. They're waiting in the lobby." Tony sat up on his couch, "Send them up."

--- 10 minutes later ---

Bucky walked up to tony and hugged him, "it's been awhile. How are things?" Tony smiled, "ok. I think I found something." Natasha said, "what do you mean?" Tony walked back to his computer then pulled up video footage from the night Loral was taken, "its been three years since she was taken, and for the first time since then we found a lead."

Clint and Thor plopped down on the couch as hill walked up and stood next to Natasha, "how can you be so sure?" Tony looked down, "I know she might not be there, but for the first time," hill cut tony off then said, "ok. Will check it out. It will be off the books. If we find this banner guy then we start protocol. agreed?" Hill looked at Natasha, Bucky, and turned back to Clint and Thor before they all agreed. Bucky said, "good," he pulled out his spare gun then looked at tony, "tony, we're going to give you a vest, and you will follow me." Tony nodded his head, "I know how to handle a gun. Thank you buck." Tony smiled, "so when do we leave?" Hill said, "tonight, midnight." Natasha nodded her head, "ok. Why don't we sit down and devise a plan. We can't go in there half cocked and looking for revenge."

They all sat down.

Tony stood in a hallway with his gun pointed at the back of the man who killed Steve, "take another step and I'll put one in your back." The man said, "go ahead. I know you want to."

"Don't tempt me," tony raised his voice, "now who the hell are you? Turn around!" the man said, "I can't do that tony." tony took the safety off the gun, "turn around." the man turned around to show tony he was none other than the man he thought he lost in the accident. The man he loved before Steve. The man's name was Bruce Banner. A calm mild mannered scientist was now a murderer, and an uncontrollable beast.

Tony said, "give me a reason why I shouldn't put you in the ground right now." Bruce looked down for a moment then said, "I know where your sister is." Bruce pulled out a key, "I'll take you to her." tony nodded his head then Bruce walked to the door at the other end of the room and pulled Loral out. Bruce then let Loral go, "so tony, you still want to kill me." tony lowered his gun, "no. you want to know why?" Bruce nodded his head then tony continued, "because somewhere deep down I wanted the man I fell in love with to be there. I'm not going to kill you because of the simple memory of when you proposed. I'm not gonna kill you because of the memories I still have, but you killed my fiancé. There's no forgiving that," Loral took the gun from tony and shot Bruce three times.

The sound from the gun shots alerted the others. As they ran down to the basement tony took the gun from Loral. "He was a monster. Bullets can't kill him." tony pulled Loral in for a hug and said, "I used the chemicals in the explosion to kill him if needed... Loral, I'm not going to let anything happen to you. Never again."

Just then The others ran in. When they saw Bruce on the floor they looked at tony. hill said, "Here what happened. banner threatened to kill both Loral and tony so I shot Bruce three times." Loral walked over to detective hill and hugged her, "thanks. Tony and I will testify on your behalf." Tony nodded his head then took his sister and started to walk out of the room when Bucky said, "hey. Wait up," he turned to hill, "thanks." hill nodded her head then said, "you've been there for me for so long... it's about time I returned the favor. Wait outside by the cars," Bucky nodded his head then left with tony and Loral. Hill continued, "go with them Natasha and call CSU to get down here," Natasha smiled then nodded her head before leaving." Clint and Thor stayed with hill and waited for CSU to arrive.

Tony and pepper walked into Loral's hospital room, "ready to go home?" Lora hopped off the bed and walked over to hug tony, "ya. Tony, I had a question. I saw you had an," Loral stopped when she saw tony look away, "I'm so sorry." Tony looked back at his sister, "you would of like him lor, he was a good man and the one who found me after you were taken. He died a several weeks ago. He proposed right before Bruce slit his throat." Loral hugged her brother, "oh my, Tony I'm so sorry." Tony kissed the top of his sisters head, "come on Loral. Let's get you home. You've got two years of school you need to get caught up on." Loral let out a long sigh. The three then left.

Pepper walked out of the room and saw Loral on the couch watching the news about her rescue, "Loral, is everything alright?" Loral wiped her eyes as she looked at pepper, "I had Jarvis show me all the videos of my brother and Detective Rogers. Pepper, how is my brother still standing?" Pepper went and sat next to Loral, "because he found you. Go down to the lab. He's been in there since last night. Have him teach you a few things, get him back to being your big brother. You both need family, and shutting down won't help," pepper took Loral's hand, "I'll always be here for the two of you." The two stood up then Loral said, "thanks pepper." Loral smiled and walked over to the elevator. Loral was about to walk in when pepper said, "there are a few schools I've looked into for you. You can go finish up at one or we can get you into a four year college to work on that engineering degree tony talked about." Loral smiled then walked into the elevator and said, "thanks pepper. Can we talk about that when we come back up stairs." pepper nodded her head then the elevator doors closed.
