Had the situation not been serious, and had the group not been on their way to get supplies to kill an evil other worldly being, Indigo probably would have laughed at the situation they were currently in. Watching Eddie sneak around the trailer park wearing the Michael Myers mask, she'd have even laughed when he had push her into a window on a motor home that he'd shimmied open.

It was only when he started hot wiring the vehicle that she finally laughed, feeling a little more relaxed about the situation.

"Where did you learn to do this?" Steve asked peering over Eddie's shoulder.

"While your dad was teaching you to shave, mine was teaching me how to do this.. I promised myself I'd never do it but desperate times" he didn't take his eyes off the wires but Indigo could hear the regret that lingered in his words.

"You know, Eddie, I don't know how I feel about you driving" Robin grimaced, looking at Eddie who just laughed.

"I'm just starting her up" he leant forward so he was close to Steve's face. "Steve's got her, don't you big boy"

His words had Indigo chuckling into her balled up fist. Nancy laughing discreetly next to her. The motorhome started up, causing a commotion outside that had everyone scrambling to sit down and hold on as Steve pulled away. Eddie had sat down at the back of the motor home, Indigo tucked tightly under his arm.

"You know," she said, looking up at Eddie, his body vibrated with a 'hm' in response, "that was kind of hot, hot wiring this thing" he couldn't help the laugh that burst out of his mouth, putting his face in her hair when everyone turned to look at him.

"Not here" he whispered, squeezing her into him. She sighed a content sigh in response. Closing her eyes as the motorhome teared of down the road.

Everyone sat talking amongst themselves, Nancy and Steve whispered furiously together in the front, while Dustin, Erica, Robin, Lucas and Max all talked around one of the motorhomes small dining tables. Indigo didn't want to talk, she didn't want a conversation that would lead to a goodbye of any sort, so she kept her eyes tightly shut as Eddie hummed to her, kissing the side of her head every now and again. They all must of thought she'd fallen asleep, which although not her intention, did mean she was able to listen in to conversation.

"Hey Eddie," Dustin said, sitting down beside him, glancing quickly at Indigo before looking back at Eddie, who did the same. "You and Indigo,"

"What about me and Indigo?"

"You're going to look after her right?" Dustin's words shocked Indigo slightly, they were the words, had Mike been here, he probably would have spoken instead but know Dustin cared in the same way made her heart swell.

"Of course I am, why would you even ask that?"

"It's just you've only just met her, and things are going fast, she's strong, she's amazing actually, but she's been through it and she needs someone who's going to stay, not leave her"

"Henderson, I promise you, I don't plan on leaving this girl, ever. I know it's been fast, we've spoken about how fast it's been but there's just something about her y'know"

"I know," Dustin laughed, sitting back beside them both, smiling to himself. They didn't say anything else, both falling into a comfortable silence, Dustin, staring out the window as they drove towards 'The Warzone" gun shop. Eddie kept his own gaze on Indigo until Steve finally pulled into the parking lot of the warzone, parking round the corner so the motorhome was hidden.

"Right, Eddie, you and Indigo stay here, the rest of us will go and grab what we can, as quickly as we can" Steve ushered everyone off of the motorhome, closing the door behind him. Eddie stayed quiet for a couple of seconds, be chuckling quietly.
