*Minutes before the ending of last chapter*
"If I go up now, it's all done for. I must endure."
Those were the words that keeps ringing inside Sakura's head. Even in front of death, she's still stubborn. If this is really is her final moment, if this is really it, she want it to atleast end with her not messing something up. She promised to herself that she won't mess up and she won't break it now.
Sasuke impatiently tapped his foot as he look back and forth between the pool and his wrist watch. He really can't believe the pinkette. She's been there for so long and there's no way she will last for another minute!
"Shiro, do you have a death wish?" He asked with an unbelieved face and a pissed tone. He knows that trouble has a big crush on Sakura from how numerous times she got caught in one: the whole cosplay thing, the party accident, the whole scandal online, the truck accident, and he has an idea that she caused trouble even before they met because of how clumsy she is. But this...., this is just a whole another level hazard to get caught in, even for an accident-magnet like her.
His heart pounded even more faster when the bubbles from the pool are slowly stopping one by one. His head tilted as his onix eyes widened. "No way..." He thought.
"Yes, I found it!" Sasuke's attention shifted to worker no.1 who is pretty much celebrating the found of the equipments and is basically worshipping all of them, not having the slightest bit idea of how serious the real problem is and how a life is at stake right now.
"You found it?" Kiba asked as he approached the guy and gave him a weak smack on the head and choked him in a friendly/jokingly way. "You brat, you scared me to death!"
"Sorry!"
Crescent marks begun to form on the Ravennette's closed fist as he heard the word "sorry", his eyes shut even more tightly from anger and annoyance. Sorry was one of the unofficial trademark words of Sakura and hearing it further reminded him that the time is clicking for both him and her.
"If you're sorry, then get the hell out of here!"
The three decided to argue even more, throwing insults and remarks to each other which only pissed Sasuke even more and more and more to the point he need to scream at them.
