After revealing her plan to leave K.N.H.A, Sakura excused herself to Sasuke and left the kitchen before he could even say a word.
The moment she set foot outside, she quickly leaned back at the glass wall and released a heavy breath she didn't know she was holding. The cold night breeze blew gently past her, making her pink locks sway slightly as she stayed like that for a few minutes.
She . . . doesn't really want to leave them like this but she had no choice but to do so.
It is only a matter of time before someone finds out about her dirty little secret, and she knows damn well that KONOHA Entertainment's reputation will be forever ruined if it's ever leaked to the public. And she doesn't want that, or any kind of trouble if she stayed, to happen.
So she'll do what is best for everyone- and that is to take her leave. And besides . . .
Her promise to Sasuke echoed in her mind and she frowned her lips.
He had basically made it his own life mission to force her out of the group, took every chance he can get to throw remarks at her, and said it himself that HE hates Her.
So why . . . despite his emotionless cold face- do his eyes show sadness and disappointment at her when she said she'll leave? Isn't this what he had always wanted? She's finally leaving in her own accords . . . so why was he staring at her that way, as if he was begging her to not go?
She gripped her chest and sighed. In the end, she dismissed the thought and remembered why she went outside in the first place.
Shikamaru must be dying inside right now, she thought amused.

Sakura made her way to the backyard and just like what she had expected, the lazy bum was just staring at the mess in front of him as his eyes twitched in annoyance.
It was clear he doesn't plan on cleaning them soon and she chuckled slightly at him. Out of all the people she met, Shikamaru is definitely the laziest of them all.
The pinkette walked beside him and hummed as she started cleaning up the table, making the young Nara surprised by her sudden presence.
"Are you feeling better?" He asked as he faced her.
Sakura went silent for a bit and stopped putting the plates on top of each other, her expression became a little melancholic and Shikamaru was worried that she might still not be ready to talk about it yet.
