"My goodness gracious. Who takes five million yen for settlement money?! Who does that?!"
So early in the morning and the first thing that Katsumi's best friend heard is the pinkette's annoying complaints as they walk away from the police station.
The friend inwardly groaned at Katsumi's bratty attitude as she chomped on the hamburger in her hands. It's been so long since she ate something decent so she doesn't give a damn if people look at her weirdly. As if being in prison stuck with Katsumi wasn't torture enough, she had to endure prison food as well.
"Then you should have just paid time for it if you're just gonna complain all day about that damn five million!" The friend couldn't contain her annoyance and finally snapped. "Was there a need to get a private loan?"
"Hey." The pinkette turned around and gave her friend a bitchy eye look stare. She doesn't like it when someone raises their voice at her. Only she can use that rude tone and get away with it.
"That meager five million, my nephew can pay it all back in a jiffy!" She retorted cockily and even mockingly snapped her fingers.
"Don't you know what a famous singer he is?"
The friend's jaw dropped. "The audacity of this plastic bitch!" She thought angrily. She can't help but feel that way. The thought of poor young kids getting used to by their greedy aunt who left them at the orphanage strikes a nerve in her. The audacity!
"You haven't even met him! Don't get so full of yourself"
"Seriously, where the f*** does she get all that confidence from?" The friend added in her thoughts.
After hearing that, now it is Katsumi's turn to be angry. She scoffed annoyed and scratched the back of her head in frustration. Just how many times does she need to repeat herself to her best friend?
"I left him the picture, I told you!" The pinkette practically yelled as she aggressively made the hand-chopping movement on her palm to prove her point. "I'm sure he's waiting for me right now." She continued smugly and pointed her thumb at herself.
