Nice to Meet You

(y/n)'s pov

"Sure." 

Tendou approached me, putting an arm around my shoulders, "Perhaps since its late you could just stay the night hmm?" 

"If you guys don't mind," I looked over to Ushijima who seemed to be their leader. 

"Of course you can stay," he responded. "That will make things easier for finding you for the meeting tomorrow." 

I turned over to Shirabu, "Hey (y/n)-"

"I'll show you to a room you can use for the night," Semi interjected before Shirabu could say whatever he had to. 

"Okay thanks," I told him. 

He took me around the building, it was abandoned but they had turned the place into their own. "Tsutomu you're still up," Semi called to a male walking in the hallway, who nodded back. "Since you're here, this is-"

"(f/n)? The phoenix hybrid??? I'm Goshiki Tsutomu, nice to meet you. " 

I chuckled at his excitement, "Yes that would be me," I replied, waving in a somewhat bashful manner. 

"Wait you know her," Semi asked the other male, who was shaking his head in response. 

"Not personally, but the younger ones in the slums have heard of a phoenix hybrid. That's why there are more night patrols from the Purification Officers... In addition to their raids and searches for the Mutants thought they still blame it on the Hybrids." 

"Wow I didn't know I was well-known," I laughed nervously, rubbing the back of my neck. 

Semi put a hand on my shoulder, then saying, "Well I still need to take her to her room so she can rest up for tomorrow. We'll see you later." 

"See you," I waved at him, and we continued on. 

The tall male opened a door on the left side of the hallway at the end, then telling me, "You can stay in this room. If you need anything Shirabu is on the left with Tsutomu, and Ushijima, Tendou and I are across the hall." 

"Thanks for the tour," I smiled at the male. 

He simply nodded and bid me 'Goodnight' before heading across to his own room. 

~timeskip~

I sat up in my bed, stretching out a little bit. After having taken a look outside I noticed it was still rather early. 'The sun isn't even up yet.' Manifesting my wings, I brought the trashcan closer to the bed. I sat in bed, taking care of my feathers. As I examined my feathers I heard the door across the hallway open up. 

I had left my door slightly open, and through that small opening I left I noticed Ushijima exit the room, walking across to mine. "Good morning," I said still investigating my feathers. 

"Good morning (f/n)," He replied back, entering the room. 

"You're up early," I commented, taking a look at the last few feathers on the fourth wing. I then retracted my wings, directing my full attention over to the male who stood several feet from me. 

He nodded, "Usually the older ones in our group get up early to go to the store, but with the events from yesterday it seems like they're still asleep." 

I pursed my lips into an 'O' shape, then offering, "Well if you'd like, I can accompany you." 

"If it's not too much trouble."

I waved my hand, "Of course. It's really no trouble at all." 

The two of us got going to the local market in the area. Various vendors were setup in the streets selling different wares. It was rather crowded, the streets were full of people, some hybrids and others who were just in the area. With how crowded it was I was struggling to stay close to Ushijima. Just then I felt someone grab my hand, my eyes followed up the person-in-question's arm and I met up with Ushijima's face. 

After a little while more we had picked up all of the items that we needed, and had got back to the abandoned building they had taken as their own. His large hand still clasped mine as we entered. I heard footsteps coming down the stairs, "U-uh you can let go of my hand now..." 

Ushijima looked down, slowly letting go of my hand, "Sorry about that." 

"Oh it's fine," my face was slightly flushed, I turned away, unpacking some of the items from the bags I was carrying. "Thanks," I mumbled just under my breath. 

~timeskip~

Not long after breakfast, I noticed Ushijima was getting ready to leave, via the rooftop, "Is it time to head off," I asked. 

He nodded in response, manifesting his wings. Ushijima's wings were quite large, almost rivaling the size of mine, the male looked back at me. 

I had been entranced by his wings for just a moment, manifesting my own when he looked back. "I'll let you lead the way," I told the eagle hybrid, who nodded. 

We flew into the clouds above, out of sight from the citizens in the city far below us. "There's a cave on the opposite side of a mountain coming up, that's where we'll be flying through." 

"Through?"

"Through." 

'I'm beginning to question if my wings will even fit in there.' 

The two of us started descending, slowing rounding the mountain that was thousands of feet below us. Ushijima began diving towards the mountain, I follow him, spotting the cave, the opening was rather large but the interior was what concerned me. Fortunately, with my four wings and superior control over them, I was able to maneuver through the cave with ease. 

???'s pov

I sat on the back of the weasel hybrid's motorcycle. "Who's that up there," I asked the driver. 

The curly-haired male sighed in an annoyed way, "Do you want me to crash us," he asked. 

"Well I don't recall anyone in this group having four wings." 

"Four?"

"Yeah four," I squinted up towards the sky, "Maybe Daichi brought in another group?"

The weasel shook his head, "We would've been notified if that were the case." 

(y/n)'s pov

Ushijima and I landed in an open area in the cave that was furnished. Inside were a couple of crow hybrids, cat hyrbids, owl hybrids, and a rabbit hybrid. Ushijima immediately approached the two crows, one with dark brown hair and the other with silver colored hair. "Hello Daichi," He told the taller of the two crows, "I hope you don't mind that I've brought a guest. She could be very helpful to our cause." 

I bowed slightly, "Hi, I'm (y/n)." Daichi took me around, introducing me to the hybrids who were already present. 

???'s pov

"Omi that's the one who was flying with Ushijima," I nodded towards a girl with two sets of wings. One that was black and white and the other a charcoal color with orange glowing specks. 

Daichi began approaching the two of us with the newcomer. "Atsumu, Sakusa, this is (y/n)," She'll be joining us." 

"It's nice to meet you both," She said, her (e/c) eyes met mine.

Lol Idk if I'm gonna leave that last part in there forever. I just thought it was kinda funny cause (y/n) is part phoenix. Anyways see you guys in the next chapter :D
