Warning! Slight angst!

Loki paced your room nervously, tonight he had planned to tell you how he felt, which surprisingly wasn't his biggest worry as of the moment. It had been two hours since you left to help his mother and you hadn't returned yet. He knew alterations could sometimes be tedious and annoying but they surely couldn't take this long.

Shaking his head he opened the door to your room, he sped walked down the winding hallways until coming to the door of the fitting room. He knocked, hearing a faint 'come in' from what seemed like his mothers voice.

He opened it and walked in a look of confusion that found its way to his face when he found his mother alone in the room.

"Where is (Y/n)?" He asked in a concerned tone.

"What do you mean dear? I dismissed her nearly an hour and a half ago, I assumed she'd head straight to you to tell you of the good news." Her eyes met Loki's and she stopped what she was doing, turning to give him her full attention when she caught the concerned look in his eye.

"I've been waiting in her room for her for two. Something isn't right here." He ran his hand through his hair. Completely missing the second part of her words.

"Alert the guards of her disappearance, have them do a sweep of the castle, I'm sure she just got lost or something. These walls hold a lot of confusing twists and turns."

Loki nodded, running to alert the guards. He'd never run so fast in his life. He knew you didn't get lost. You were too intelligent for that, brilliant even. It was one of the things he admired about you.

Everyone in the palace was looking for you. If you weren't well known, you definitely were now. Loki was a nervous wreck as he paced down a dark and dreary hallway. He could've sworn he felt his heart stop when he came across drops of blood on the floor. He fell to his knees.

"Brother! Have you found anything?" Thor called from down the hallway. When he got no response he walked up to his brother's shrunken form. Kneeling beside him he saw what had his brother so upset.

"I'll let the guards know of your discovery. Fear not brother, we'll find her." He placed a reassuring hand on his brother's shoulder before walking away.

Loki collected the blood into a small vial. It may not seem like much, but he remembers a spell his mother taught him long ago for locating people. He will find you.

Your eyes fluttered open lightly, trying to take in your surroundings. You wince at the strong pain in your skull, it feels like your head is going to split in too. The room is very dark, it's cold and smells like mildew. You try to run your eyes to help them adjust to the darkness but find your hands tied behind you. You're tied to a metal chair in an empty room. You tried not to panic as a bubble of anxiety rose in your stomach. You tried to recall the last thing you remembered.

Flashback
You placed your hand on the girl's shoulder. Before you had any time to react, the girl turned and smacked the side of your head with a blunt object. Your head hit the ground and your vision blurred, a splitting pain erupted in your head as you looked at the blurry figure.

"Sorry hun, nothing personal, just business." She said with a snicker. You recognized her voice as your personal handmaid that had been appointed to your room when you first arrived at the palace. She always seemed like such a shy girl, not really one for conversation. But it all made sense now.

"Why are you doing this?" You mumbled out. You felt tired, and your face felt wet.

"That's not my place to tell you, now come on." You felt your body be lifted off the floor as your eyes shut against your will.
