"It's been a while since someone confess to him right?"
Nakuha na siguro namin ang atensyon ng lahat, nakatayo pa din ang babae sa harap ni Ace.
"Ahm, I'm sorry, but I can't like you back..." sabi ni Ace, hindi ko alam kung matatawa ba ako sa reaksyon niya or what? "Why are you rejecting people? For what?" the girl ask, siya lang ata ang bukod tangi na malakas ang loob.
"I like someone else..."
"Her?!" nagulat ako ng ituro ako ng babae, umiling naman si Ace "No! She's my friend, and I'm rejecting you, cause I like someone else" ulit ni Ace, gusto ko na lang palamon sa lupa, binalingan muna ako ng babae bago siya umalis.
"Oh my gosh! Ace!" I said, and he look at me confused, he continue eating like nothing happened "You rejected people again" I said, he look at me then nooded.
"I know, but I just tell her the truth..." he said, napa-iling na lang ako "Really? You like someone?" tanong ko tumango naman siya.
Good for him.
After namin mag lunch ay dumiretso na kami sa class namin, were blockmates. Magkatabi na lang kami ni Ace, usapan pa din yung nangyari kanina, pero wala na kaming pakealam dun.
Time passed until dismissal, Ace message me, he will wait me in the benches outside the university, niligpit ko na ang gamit ko. Lumabas na ako ng room ko, at dumiretso sa may sinasabi ni Ace
"Vanessa!" may tumawag sakin, it's Richard, he held my hand again. "I'm sorry about earlier, I just want to be your friend" sabi niya hindi pa din ako binibitawan "I'm not friendly..." I said, I try to get my hand but he didn't let go of it, like earlier
"I know, but I really want to be with you. Please, let me" he said begging
"I'm sorry, but let go of my hand" I said but he just look at me.
"Please, I want to be with you too, like Ace do" he said again.
"My hand" I said, but before he let go of it, I heard a familiar voice.
"Ellianna!" Kyle called me in my full first name!
Nilingon ko naman siya, kasama na niya si Ace at Josh, lumapit naman sila sakin.
"Let go of her" Kyle said, but Richard didn't "I said let go!" Kyle said again, but he didn't, pwersahan na binitaw Kyle ang kamay ko, medyo namula yun dahil humigpit ang hawak ni Richard sakin
"Who are you?! I'm still talking to her don't you see?!" sabi ni Richard, good thing hindi namin kuha ang atensyon ng lahat
"And she don't want to talk to you don't you see?" tanong ni Kyle.
"I'm the first one who's asking, who are you?! Your not enrolled to this university so why are you here?" tanong din ni Richard, hinawakan ko na lang sa braso si Kyle.
"Well, I'm not enrolled here, you are right, but you don't have the right to touch my girlfriend, she don't want to talk to you so back off asshole"
After that, Kyle held my hand and pull me out of that place, nakasunod sina Josh at Ace samin. Nang makarating sa may parking lot ay doon lang ako nakahinga ng maluwag
"Did he hurt you? He's the one in the library earlier? What did he do?" yun agad ang tanong ni Kyle ng makarating kami sa parking lot.
"No, he didn't hurt me at all, he just want to be my friend"
